Personal greeting when I arrive! They know me by name. Efficient and complete with work asked for and promised. I've been using this dealership for all of my vehicles. Very happy!

I was very pleased with the service, however being that we purchased the vehicle I do believe that it was a little high! Was surprised that no one from the sales department did not approach me about trading considering it’s a 17 with only 30k.

The customer service people were very nice and helpful. The waiting area was very clean and hand santitizer readily available. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Leslee was terrific! She was very patient and knowledgeable. We appreciate her taking time to explain the workings of our new Toyota. She’s the best car salesperson we’ve ever had. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

Service

Service representative recommended a throttle body cleaning based on my observation that performance was sluggish. The service technician showed me the condition of the throttle body which needed cleaning. Afterwards, I noticed a significant improvement in engine power and hope gas mileage will improve as well. A leak in a coolant system valve was discovered which needed attention. Very satisfied with their customer service and technical support. Wait time was as promised.

Courteous reception from agents; clean and safe feeling in waiting room. I went in for the annual inspection on my MDX, as I did not want to drive to the dealer (as there are no Acura dealers in C'ville. I was pleased that Umansky was available. Great service! Thanks.

Repeated Failures with New Vehicle

In February 2019 I purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Umansky Toyota in Charlottesville, VA. A few months later, the blower motor failed. Umansky replaced it. This month I had another blower motor failure. Umansky's answer was to replace the motor again. I asked them to look into the cause of two faulty blower motors on a new vehicle. After all, there is no recall on these blower motors. It is highly improbable that I experienced two fluke failures a year apart. The dealership's answer was to tell me to come get the vehicle. The truck is almost out of warranty. I worry the problem that caused the failures is still present and will ruin another motor, but this third instance will occur once my warranty has expired. Moreover, it took for days for me to get my truck back.
