We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman

We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! The car is exactly what it was projected to be online and we are very happy! Highly recommend!!

BE CAREFUL!!!!

I was extremely unhappy with the service I received on 10/23/2023. I arrived at 5pm and my credit was ran 9x with a variety of banks without a car. I requested a Chevy Spark, which was available at their Baltimore location. I was told the car will be brought to the Rising Sun location by my appt time at 5pm. They admitted to finding out at 2:30pm that the chevy spark I requested was sold. I didn't receive any call before arriving and even followed up via text. They stated to come at 5pm without information the car was already sold, prior to my appt. Once I arrived. they still didn't tell me and continued to run my credit with 9 different banks. They pulled a bait and switch. Tried to offer a 2020 Nissan and 2017 Chevy Malibu. I asked about the chevy spark and was told it was sold after they tried to get me to test drive a Nissan. They didn't have any cars I wanted and stated they will get to me about a car and never did. I decided to go to another dealership and was told my credit was ran 9 times. Unbelievable! Don't trust this place!!!!!

If you are a true car person and really take car of your vehicle and expect a dealer to pay the same attention or better, this is the dealership to have your vehicle serviced. The tech Chris thoroughly cleaned up the dirty motor oil all over the under carriage of my 2017 Mustang GT convertible, diagnosing the problem(damaged oil filter), to keep my vehicle indoors as i requested, and went above and beyond listening to my concerns about the care of my vehicle. xxxx, the service manager Mark listened to my obsessive concerns about my vehicle gave me his cell phone number, and told me to contact him with any questions or concerns which I certainly did. He always responded quickly and patiently to my annoying concerns and did so with grace. If i ever jave another oroblem with my vehicle, i will definately be returning to this dealership for service.

This review is strictly for Ramsey’s Service department...

This review is strictly for Ramsey’s Service department in rising sun as I have not dealt with sales and cannot speak on there quality of customer service. As for there service department I will tell you that I am appalled how they handle clients. In the past I was greeted rudely but brushed off as maybe a bad day but until recently when I brought our fleet vehicle in about an issue that was prevalent from day one that we had a squealing in the driver side rear brake and was brushed off as morning rust and nothing more to now with 27k that the brakes are so bad that not only do the pads need replacing but rotors were so badly blemished that rotors needed replacement at a price tag of 950+ just for the rears which is insane. When I questioned why this wasn’t addressed when covered under the limited ford warranty when I addressed at 5k 10k etc. they stated we couldn’t mimic issue at time but now it is noticeable.

I can’t say enough about what very pleasant experience it was to purchase my new mustang from Ramsey. My sales rep was extremely friendly & knowledgeable, Tim Hoskins made the purchase a easy & painless process. I really enjoyed buying from Ramsey.

Charlie Hyman, was attentive to my needs and worked with me to make sure all available incentives were applied to the purchase. I did some internet searching for the truck I was looking to purchase and shared it with Charlie; he took that info and made sure that they offered me their best deal. Excellent prices and service.

Frank was our salesman and had the SUV we wanted to look at out front and cleaned. He gave us 3 options for the car. No pressure at all. We leased the SUV and he made sure we knew all the features and set up the hands free calling. He called 2 days later to see if there were any questions and told me to call if I needed anything. We were offered lunch while we were there. They even filled it up with gas. It's about a 45 minute drive from our home but worth it.
