Sales Team did a great job.

The sales team of Ramsey Ford did a great job, no pressure, I owned a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid before and they are a great car. This was the fastest I ever purchased a car, less than 2 hours. Keep up the Good Work.

Purchased new car

Had a great experience with all the employees that helped me buy my first new car. I was facing high repair bills on my car and they were able get me in a new car with a trade in and low down payment. Much lower cost than the repairs on the old one.

Good buy on a premium mustang

Good service and sales staff. The treatment I received at Ramsey Ford was fair as was the price of the vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for A ROUSH product to look here first.

Something went terribly wrong.

Okay, I should have posted when the incident happened a while back, but it has irked me ever since, so here goes. Took my Ford f150 there for brake and brake line work. No problem. Brought it home, then a few days later drove it several miles when my real wheel CAME OFF THE TRUCK! I found that there were two broken lug stems, but the other stems had no nuts on them! I immediately called them from Lancaster County for a tow to their shop, explaining that I had just been there, and there was no doubt in my mind that they had somehow failed to properly replace my wheel. Their response - "sorry, can't help you, it's not our responsibility, and we don't know what you or anyone may have done to the wheels between the time you left our shop and now, so we aren't going to warrant our work". Had to call Harrington Auto in Rising Sun for a tow and repair at their shop at a cost of several hundred dollars. Please feel free to call either of these shops to inquire is there is doubt to the facts. I could also tell the details of a brand new vehicle purchased from them that required repair to the transmission under warranty no less than 6 times, that is....until the warranty ran out, after then, they didn't 'know us', and to this very day, the transmission doesn't function properly.

Highly overpriced

So my wife had her mustang towed here because I was out of state she her coolant system blew antifreeze all over the engine and the temperature guage went high. She paid the 130 diagnostics to find the thermostat housing had cracked. Estimate cost 570 after the diagnostics fee was deducted. I told her to tow it home, I'll fix it when I got home. I not a mechanic, but 72 dollars in parts, an hour under the hood, and an internet video is what it cost me. This company will fail with labor prices at $500/hour.

Excited about our new Edge!

We had a very pleasant experience when we recently purchased our new Edge.. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were able to drive our new car home the same day because the prep was done while we did the paperwork. We have purchased several other vehicles from Ramsey and have always had good experiences with the sales and service.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

******WARNING Avoid this dealership at all cost****** Had a very bad experience at this dealership. The entire purchase process was horrendous, I would give 0 stars if possible. I interacted with Rick Mills and David Haga. I was in the market for a used sedan which ended up being a lemon. This location was not close to my residence so I asked a ton of questions prior to arrival. I asked if the dealer had the car fax and was told they do. Of course a dealer would say nothing is wrong with the car but when I asked to see the service records, David asked Rick to run the carfax and he proceeded to hand me his cellphone with the preview version like I'm an idiot. Ultimately what i found out about the car is they put new brake pads on worn rotors, coolant leak in conditioning system and a faulty computer module. I audited all the paper work and found the advertised warranty was not registered. I literally had to send them a screenshot of the adverisement. Then to top it off It off I couldn't even get a full tank of gas. Very....Very... poor customer service skills. Everything about this process was unprofessional. People if your reading this there are many options to choose from within 20 minutes of this location. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. Warning! You do not want to do business with this dealer.

Service is horrible

I will never do business with Ramsey Ford again. They have had my car for a whole month tomorrow for a transmission issue that is covered under warranty. They did not touch the car for almost a week and then needed a special tool that took them a week to get. Then the tool was the wrong one so took them another week to get the correct one. Apparently only have one guy that works on transmissions and he is out sick. I am so fed up. Making a payment on a car that I don't even have is beyond irritating especially since I have talked to other places/people and they say it shouldn't take this long. All I get is a Sorry....
