Amazing experience

We live in Florida but couldn’t find the deal I was looking for on an Alpha Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport. So I look in Texas and found Ayman at Essence Maserati. All I can say is I wouldn’t do anything different. The experience was awesome, the customer service was awesome, the facility was nice and clean. Just an over superior experience. To me car buying is not fun but I would go to Texas again and again to have the same experience. From the start of the process through texting and phone calls to visiting the dealsership and signing the papers, Ayman was there helping me. The laid back no pressure atmosphere was also for sure a big plus. if you are in the market for an Alpha Romeo. This dealership and especially Ayman is the way to go. You won’t regret it.

Great service, amazing staff

We came in for routine maintenance and it turned out we needed a level 4 servicing (about a 10 hour job) but our appointment was at 3 pm so there was no way they were going to be able to finish before 7. They told me they would get as much finished as possible and then we could schedule an appointment for the rest at a later date. When doing the servicing they found that a couple of our tires were extremely bald. I had already known that and was planning to replace them but I appreciated them pointing it out. They also diagnosed a squeaking problem and filed a claim with warrantee (since it was a CPO car) for me! When I showed up to pick up my car the service representative was drenched in sweat. He told me that the detailing crew had left early so he personally washed and detailed my car himself! Everyone there is super friendly and unbelievably helpful!

Sales, and financing teams seemed out of sync.

Sales guy promised one thing, finance team drew up something completely different on the paperwork. It was frustrating to convince the finance team of what was promised by the sales guy, though the sales guy was around the corner, but didn't partake in the discussion. There were rebates and discounts promised, which didn't make it to the final paperwork. This was type of experience, which leads people to have such strong dislike of car sales people (snake oil car salesman). Unfortunately this should not have happened at a premium dealership that sells high end vehicles. I would absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Exceptional Service

Rami was very quick to respond we were able to do everything over the phone. He had all the paperwork ready when I got there. Easiest and fastest car buying experience! I will definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle.

Even though my problem was something they couldn't help me with, they went above and beyond trying to help me. They are all very kind. When my lease is up I'll be going to them for honest assistance.

Great Experience with such an easy process

Al was great from the minute I walked in. I had talked to him over the phone before coming in so he knew I was on my way. He showed me the exact car I was looking for and did not pressure me with any other car as most dealers would do and made the car buying process super easy. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from him once my lease term is up.

Wonderful service

My husband and I had taken my car to another ALFA dealer and the service was horrible. I then took my car to Essence last week and that was by far the best service I have received for any of mine or my husbands vehicles. Pure Excellence

Everyone I interacted with during the process was Excellent, Professional, and most importantly genuinely interested in builing a relationship with a client. Ayman is exceptional in everyway, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, fantastic knowledge of the cars engineering features as well as the onboard tech.
