I always receive great service here. The team is friendly and the turnaround time on repairs has always been quick and efficient. I keep coming back despite not buying my car here

Great service. Margo was great and Robert, the service tech was very knowledgeable and explained the issue very clearly. Great job by both.

Kenzel made the overall process of buying a new vehicle

Kenzel made the overall process of buying a new vehicle quick, easy, and painless. He made the extra effort to work efficiently throughout the whole process. He constantly communicated status updates and helped guide us through the bumps in the process. I bought a vehicle from him and will have him as my first point of contact on the next one.

It was time for a good checkup on my Kia Soul. Funny, I was about to write, “it was time for a good checkup on my soul”. That’s a funny thought. Had a 3:30 appointment time but got there hour early.

Had a 3:30 appointment time but got there hour early. My car sat for almost 1.5hrs. When I asked why, they had several people call in who worked as technicians. I wish someone had told me this when I first arrived instead of my asking why it was taking so long . At no time did the service rep kept me advised and the app only showed being serviced even after car was delivered to me.
