Process was smooth starting with scheduling an appointment to get my vehicle serviced, being promptly attended to upon my arrival and getting my car taken care of in a quite short amount of time. I appreciated the feedback about other recommendations based on their inspection and time for me to decide what I wanted done or was declining.

Took too much time.

Took too much time. There was TV, coffee, and water for free. From the appointment time, it took 2 and a half hours for the service.

The staff is very courteous.

The staff is very courteous. I went in for an inspection and did not have to wait long for my car. They washed it . And I was on my way. Thank you Beck and Masten Service

The service department at Beck & Maston sucks.

The service department at Beck & Maston sucks. They had my brand new car for two weeks and never did one piece of work. My car is only three months old.. my insurance adjuster couldn’t even get in touch with someone beware!!
