Andrea Bellman was very helpful getting my vehicle repaired promptly and efficiently, excellent communication skills, quick to reply text messages or return phone calls. She went out of her way to make sure my out of stock part was sourced quickly and efficiently. Made sure my 2 aftermarket batteries were returned since they still had warranty. A+ highly recommended.

Beck & Masten is a Top Notch dealership for GMC. I scheduled an Advantage oil change and tire rotation but also had a short list of other issues that needed attention. My Customer Service Representative “Gill” was spot on, timely, courteous and EXTREMELY professional. Gill mentioned that it would be a little challenging to take care of all of my “punch list” items. However at the end of the day, Gill came through like a champ. He communicated with me throughout the day and kept me informed. Beck and Masten is lucky to have this SUPERSTAR! Thanks Gill.

Had a 9:00am appointment for an oil change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. Dropped the car off at 9:05 am wasn?t checked in until 9:30 am - work wasn?t completed until 5:00pm - not acceptable - also not acceptable is I was never contacted that there was going to be a delay in service due to dealer congestion - that?s party of customer service 1.0.1

Took the vehicle in for service on a Friday for a diagnostic on Monday was informed the electricity was out. So didn?t get a diagnosis for two weeks. Poor service
