2nd Time Around

I live in Long Beach, CA but I drove all the way to Mission Viejo. I had such a great experience buying my first vehicle with Matthew Molus. He worked hard at getting me the payments I needed and I LOVED my Acura. I knew when the time came to get into a new car, I had to go back. Matthew is no longer in sales but he took the time to get us set up and introduce us to Bill Barrette, our Salesman for my second Acura. Again, we had a great experience buying our car. Bill was informative and friendly. I will definitely go back when it's time to look into a new vehicle again and I will be telling all my friends! Thank you Matthew and Bill! I love, love, love my car!!!

Great dealership. EVERYONE is very helpful, nice and courteous. Every single person I encountered at this dealership was responsive and courteous. We negotiated that purchase price of our vehicle online and had a wonderful car buying experience. It could not have been easier. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. It was all negotiated prior to arriving at the dealer. Bill Barrett was fantastic to work with and VERY knowledgeable about the Acura cars. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My recent RLX purchase was my best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Nick and Acura of Mission Viejo to anyone. This is the second car I've bought from this dealership and my third Acura. This is the second car I've purchased from this...

This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership. On both occasions, I felt like the team of individuals treated me with respect and negotiated with a high degree of integrity. David is a good salesman who knew the RDX well. He knew his products well enough to be able to compare and contrast the technology features of the RDX versus my previous Acura. He is not the creepy salesman that harps on the question of "are you going to buy the car today?" (I just hate that and is usually a reason for me to walk away from the dealership.) David gave me the information and let the product sell itself. I felt that during the negotiations, Matthew, Sales Manager, would make a point, and I would make the counterpoint which he acknowledged and accepted. I did not feel like I was negotiating with a brick wall, but rather an actual person who was striving to hit that moderate point where both the dealership and the customer would be happy. Paul, General Manager, did what he could to meet my needs in a professional and friendly manner. In the end, I felt like I received a GREAT deal. As stated above, this is my second car I've purchased from this same dealership. When seeking my next car, I intend to return and give these guys my business. It's a great dealership that knows the importance in integrity when dealing with customers.

It was a wonderful experience at this dealership when my wife and i bought a new 2014 Acura RDX on 12/29 from Riz. Riz was polite and helpful. He was not pushy either. The best part of the whole experience was that we asked for a very low price for the SUV, using KBB value (minus a few hundred) as the basis of our offer. They came back agreed to the price quickly w/o hesitation. And, because this dealership didn't have the color we wanted, they went to another dealership and traded for the color we wanted, 100% at their own expense! They didn't force us to put down a deposit either. Which means we could've walked away, they pay for the dealer trade, and not getting our business still. They took on the risk! (My wife and i had to leave the dealership for another personal appt. after they had committed on pricing and getting us the color we wanted.) Within a hour, Riz called us telling us the car is on its way to their dealership. This was the best car buying experience for me, ever! We highly recommend Norm Reeves Acura. Ask for Riz, or his supervisor Matthew, for assistance. Thank you Riz, Matthew!

Almost everyone I know does not like visiting dealerships...

Almost everyone I know does not like visiting dealerships because of the sales personnel. I have visited multiple dealerships over the past 3 weeks test driving various cars, and by far Matthew Molus has been the best consultant I have dealt with. He is what I would expect from a sales consultant - he listens very well, aligned himself with my particular situation, knows his products well, made me feel at home and not afraid to visit the dealership. I have been there 3 times and have no reservations about dropping in as I figure out what I am going to do. In short, he is a true professional and an asset for Norm Reeves Acura. I am a fairly critical person and have been told I am hard to satisfy - I just have high expectations, and Matthew is what I would expect and more. I wish Matthew the best and Norm Reeves Acura the best - it is all about fairness and leadership - they seem to have a lock on it!

From the moment I walked into the dealership I ran into...

From the moment I walked into the dealership I ran into Mark Church (random meeting) and he greeted me warmly without any typical car dealer agressiveness. He was a gentleman and spoke in a calm voice. I instantly liked him. I wanted to see and test-drive a 2014 Acura RDX Basic, which Mark dutifully accomodated me. He explained the features of the new RDX while I was test-driving the car. Had good info input and didn't feel any pressure from Mark about "making a deal". He answered all my questions. Felt comfortable interacting with him. He was very professional. I took his card and told him "I was just starting to look at my car buying options". Went to several other dealers to look at cars, but in the end (after two days) I decided to go back to Mark Church at Norm Reeves Acura for I felt I could do business with him. I ended up buying a new 2014 Acura RDX from Mark after he was able to match a lower price given by another dealer. I have bought and negotiated new car purchases over the years, but dealing with Mark Church at Norm Reeves ACURA was by far my most positive car buying experience. Michael Oberst 10-31-13

We were fortunate to have Matthew Molus assisting us when we turned in a leased Acura for a new 2013 Acura TSX. The process, which involves a lot of paperwork, went quickly and smoothly because of his knowledge and professionalism. Because of his experience in the financial area, Matthew was able to handle that aspect of the transaction as well, which saved us considerable time. He is personable and friendly and we would recommend him to our friends.

I used to deal with norm reeves in Downey area, now that I am in Orange County I decided to give the mission viejo store a try. I met doc nick there in the morning and he impressed me with now only his knowledges of Acura's, but cars in general. He is also a genuine, trustworthy person. I really like the personal there.

Doc Nick is an excellent customer service person, while...

Doc Nick is an excellent customer service person, while looking around the parking lot, we asked him to assist us with opening a vehicle, he was already working with another family and he didn't make us wait, he went inside got the keys and within minutes my wife and I were drive testing the vehicle, he explained everything about it. Doc Nick has to be one of the friendliest sales man I ever dealt with as he never pushed us to look at the more expensive cars. My wife and I really appreciated that from Nick. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family, but more importantly, I would ask them to ask for Doc Nick Daramus. Best sales...not a sales man, best customer first oriented gentleman.
