We recently bought a car from Javonte at Becken Masten

We recently bought a car from Javonte at Becken Masten North and his service couldn?t have been better. Will continue to go back to him on the future. He did not push and ensure we got exactly what we wanted within our budget. Very patient and attentive.

Wife and I were lied to when we bought the truck as we

Wife and I were lied to when we bought the truck as we were told by salesman and finance guy that the first year of oil changes would be free. At this oil change the service department tells me there is no record of this and they charged me for it.

Making an appointment to have my car serviced was quick

Making an appointment to have my car serviced was quick and easy. Employees were friendly and courteous. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. The oil change and multi- point check did not take long.

Great place! I have bad credit and they were very patient with me and got me a monthly payment I can manage. Very very nice and I felt zero pressure

My oil change was quick.

My oil change was quick. And fast the service rep, was on point with recommendations. I was also contacted by a lady to sell my vehicle, but I'm not ready to buy yet.
