Karla was my service representative. I have never experienced such phenomenal service in my life! Extremely professional, fantastic timely communication, very informative as to what the service was. Her unbelievable customer service ensures that I will have her manage my service work from now on.

I was overcharged for incomplete service.

I was overcharged for incomplete service. The salesperson was very deceptive. Waited t0hree and a half hours to get vehicle inspected but was not performed.

My car-shopping experience at GMC Buick north was exceptional, largely thanks to AK I contacted him about a specific model, and he quickly found the perfect vehicle for me. He was honest, knowledgeable & professional & didn't pressure me with any unnecessary upsells, and made the buying process incredibly smooth. The entire team, including the finance department, was professional and efficient. I was especially impressed that the final price was exactly what we agreed upon, with no hidden costs or hefty administration fees. I left feeling very satisfied and would definitely recommend this dealership to others, especially if you're looking for a no-pressure, transparent, and positive buying experience.
