Bought several vehicles in past. Beyond vehicle itself, Jim Jolly was perfect to work with. No pressure and very honest if he didnt know something. Refreshing to work with such a nice low key professional.

I BOUGHT MY JEEP PATRIOT HERE WHEN I WAS READY TO TRADE UP I WENT TO PHILIPS IN OCALA BIG MISTAKE THEY WERE RUDE I LEFT AND CAME TO BILL BRYANS THIS PLACE IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MATT TINGLEY AND EDWIN MORALES I WILL ALWAYS BE A RETURN CUSTOMER THANKS TO THE SERVICE HERE!

False promises

After having my preowned car for exactly one year at 55 miles an hour it just stopped. I had it today to Bill Bryant and they said that the reason why I stopped is it was a safety feature because it was low on oil. The car was just due for an oil change and it was down to one quarter oil they blamed it on the fact that I have my oil changed. I went for their oil consumption test and they told me after 1000 miles the car burned a half a quart of oil that still brings the car pretty low on oil between oil changes. Here a.m. for months later same situation. Steve the service manager said that the engine needed to be replaced and that he would put me in a rental car and not to worry everything was covered. Under warranty. 4:40 on a Friday he calls me and says that they are no longer covering anything including my rental car. This car has 60,000 miles on it and is three years old and should not be burning well like it is. According to Dodge this car burns a quart of well for every 750, this makes no sense to me because the car will be out of Will by the time your next oil change comes up.. I also have an extended warranty on this car I just don't understand how it's not covered. Especially after I was told it was and then they change their mind

the car and salesman are both great

Went to purchase a new jeep and the experience was more than great !!!! The salesman, Matt Tingley came out and we told him what we were wanting to look at, he got the car right away, drove it and loved it, ended up looking at another one by our choice, looked at it and bought it. Everything was GREAT, from the time we drove in that parking lot till the time we left with all transactions being done. Moved here from out of state and glad to find a good dealer just like back home, that means a lot. In our experience we would recommend this dealer.

I really fell in love with

First visit and treated with dignaty I was not here to buy but AARON was great. I feel like I got a great deal on a vechile I really fell in love with.

Eddie came out and greeted us with such respect we told him we dont want to waste time because credit wasnt great he said dont worry about go get the car you want and we did amd we bought it thanks eddie and guy was awesome at explaining everything with finance. Love the staff. Whether dealing with sales, management, or service employees, the atmosphere is one of respect, helpfulness, and lightheartedness. This team strives to please the customer. (Love the hot dogs, chili and cheese, and fresh popcorn. Makes the time pass pleasantly!) But most of all we'll keep returning because we feel like friends visiting a warm and welcoming home, and know we'll be treated fairly.
