Worst customer service ever!
My 23 year old son went to purchase his first car alone. He was trading in his car previous car, a Charger. The sales man was very helpful and great to work with. The day he went to get his car the manager Guy, was so incredibly rude and disrespectful we were shocked. He is buying the brand new car in cash. There was a timing delay with the money transfer. Guy belittled him, walked out on him, and basically accused him of trying to steal the car. Then looked down at my son's 8 year old stepson, who was super excited, and told him he wasn't taking that car home today!! Our family always purchases our vehicles outright. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. We will drive anywhere else in Florida to insure proper customer service. On top of that, we will never recommend this dealer to anyone ! Lori SR

Very happy with the customer service here at Bill Bryan. My saleman Spencer Steele was the best, he got me exactley what I wanted. Lastly I was in and out within no time.

We went to look, but ended up leasing for a good deal.
Drew Amo was very helpful and committed to us finding the car we needed. We were there to only look but he and the whole staff made sure we got a deal we could afford. Jeff S. was very friendly and helpful too. Paperwork was done smoothly. He made us feel comfortable with our lease purchase.

Very Good
We purchased a new Jeep from Eddie. He was very thorough in explaining everything when we went on a trial drive. He was very knowledgeable and was patient enough to show us how all the gadgets worked. Would recommend him and Bill Bryan to everyone.

Can we say " Discombobulated"????
I'm sorry to have to write such a negative review, but here we go.......I went in to look at one of the last Ram 1500's in stock at the end of January. The salesman was Eddie Wiggins. When the truck was brought around front I was told that it had been damaged on the lot and was promised that it would be fixed as good as new. After some negotiating and sitting there for close to 5 hrs., the deal was done. The truck was never even prepped for delivery, it was merely filled with gas and I was sent on my way. I drove the truck damaged for a little over two weeks and was called to come in and take a loaner and that the truck would be done in 3-4 days. A week had gone by and I called and was told that the insurance company didn't agree to fix it until the day prior.....Week 1. I was then told that parts were ordered and that it was a labor intensive job and I would not get my truck back until the week of March 7th. So I decided to drive up to the body shop on the 6th only to find my truck sitting in the lot minus the bed.....Week 3, the labor intensive job consisted of removing ( 6 ) bolts and ( 3 ) plugs to remove the bed. I will be making another payment on the truck that has sat in their body shop for almost a month. I honestly hope that Mr. Bran takes note and reads through these from time to time because this is extremely bad business. When I called a former employer and explained to him what was happening, he summed it up in two words " totally unacceptable ". He is the owner of Bob Eddy Dodge Ram, Chrysler, Jeep. Cannot rate Quality of work yet because I still don't have my truck back yet.
