Great salesman
I went there to just look at a car, with no intentions on buying. I had a entirely different car in mind of buying but just wanted to look at this car they had, after talking with DJ Fernandez and his sales manager, I came out with the care that I had no intentions on buying. Service on Dodge RAM Promaster Van
I brought my van to Bill Bryan for some work, and was extremely impressed with everyone I dealt with! I first dealt with sales on some things, and there I met Tom and Rick and was so impressed with their professionalism and attitudes in dealing with my questions. I then went to service for some unplanned, unscheduled work. They quickly got me to the service writer most familiar with my van, and I was hand-walked to parts, promptly got in for service, and was incredibly impressed at every stop along that way (writer, parts, and even the technician, who found a serious issue and fixed it!) I will ONLY return to Bill Bryan for any Dodge work I need done. They are professional, competent, and seem to truly be a ‘family’ that is looking out for their customers. Hey, I even enjoyed the nice waiting room and food that they make available. Made the wait enjoyable! Thank You!!! Sherrie

Do Not buy a used car at Bill Bryan
A few months ago I bought a used 2014 grand Caravan at Bill Bryan. At first salesman did not have exactly what we were looking for on the lot. After trying to sell us a new vehicle and we declined - mysteriously the sales manager came up with a used grand caravan that was not yet listed on inventory sheet. ( should have been a red flag to us) Unknown to us it was not listed on inventory sheet because it was still in the back in the collision shop. The salesman and sales manager both assured us it was never in an accident. After being at the dealership over 3 hours we purchased the Caravan. The next morning when we were looking at the van in the daylight and the sun shining on it - it was very obvious that this vehicle was in a major accident and fixed. We immediately went back to Bill Bryan Dealership. After having to sit there for another 2 hours, a sales manager finally came over to talk to us . He was very rude. Did not want to hear anything we had to say. All he did was say he could buy the vehicle back for a couple of thousand dollars less than what we paid the night before. NEVER again will I buy from this dealership. Beware of salesman trying to sell used cars from this dealership. Few days later when customer service called from dealership asking if I was satisfied with my purchase - I Told them what happened and never heard back from them either.
