Best experience !

I had been looking to purchase a new truck for some time and had some undesirable experiences at other dealers which discouraged me . But after my visit with Brittany Savary I quickly found myself quite at home , She has an awesome approach and she is very knowledgeable. the teamwork provided was outstanding.

When we started our process, it was on the phone. We talked to a sales rep and he guided us through the process of acquiring a new vehicle. He was precise and very accurate in what we wanted. He then set up an appointment to look for our new vehicle. We arrived at our appointment and was directed to the rep we talked to on the phone. We were then introduced to our sales rep. At this point, with the way we were treated, I knew I was not going to leave there without a vehicle for my wife. 2 and half hours later my wife was driving away in a 2016 dodge dart with only 15 miles on it. She was soooo happy with the service, kindness, personal assurance, and the way the whole process made her feel like a queen. I will for surely tell everyone I know needing a new vehicle to go to Bill Bryan Jeep Dodge. Thank you very much and have a blessed day.

Just Stopped in to Look!

We just stopped in to look and wound up buying. Tom was great to work with, very down to earth and thorough, he targeted our needs and found a vehicle that provided more than our requirements. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The rest of the staff we dealt with were great too. Car shopping can be so tedious and time consuming, certainly not the case this time. Leaves us with more time to play!!!

Complete satisfaction

From the time we were greeted at the front till we drove our new car off the lot, The Bill Bryan Team was courteous ,friendly, very informative, and helpful. One of Best and Easiest car buying experiences we have had thanks to Jim Jolly ! (that is his real name). They had the right car for my wife and I. Found it on their internet page. Drove two hours to get to the dealership. Well worth the drive! When we're ready for another car we will see The Bill Bryan Team First.

FRAUD

Stole 161.00 from my insurance, called AAA fraud line. Apparently they are in litigation constantly.. They misrepresent FL state laws regarding windshield repairs do not be a sucker

Tom McDowell was great to work with!

Tom took the time to answer our questions. He was patient and helped us work through the car buying process at OUR speed. He was sincere and informative - not the overtly aggressive car sales person you typically expect. Actually looking forward to seeing if the service department is up to the same level of service. The only unexpected item was the dealer prep fee, which we didn't know until later.
