Had us sign power of attorney (don’t do it!

Had us sign power of attorney (don’t do it!)did not pay off our truck loan and we were stuck paying off loan and had a 30 day late fee. Sold the truck before loan was paid for! Very dishonest dealership.

for some reason they didn't respond at all to my multiple

for some reason they didn't respond at all to my multiple repeated emails, even just to tell me the car was sold or something. pretty nutty, I guess they must have more customers than they need.

Very disappointing to learn the vehicle I was interested

Very disappointing to learn the vehicle I was interested in was “covered” with hail damage. I would have purchased it if they fixed the damage, but they’ve chosen to not do so.

Within a thousand miles since purchasing my vehicle from

Within a thousand miles since purchasing my vehicle from autonation the hud has started to display service airbag and the engine has thrown a P0420 code the recommended fix for which is replacing the catalytic converter. One of these and I would say I am unlucky, both of them make me doubt that there was not a preexisting issue. Additionally the exterior door molding came off on the way home and it took them over a Month to get the paperwork to us to sign after we agreed to purchase the car. Currently I do not recommend dealing with this company

I recommend you avoid doing business with AutoNation.

I recommend you avoid doing business with AutoNation. When I purchased my truck from them, there was a scent of coolant when the vehicle reached operating temperature. The salesman, Cori, assured me that the issue would be taken care of by their shop. I picked up the vehicle a day later and he said the vehicle was inspected and no issue present. Fast forward three days and he coolant smell was still there. I took the vehicle to my local shop and they found a leak in the water pump. I forwarded the diagnosis (with pictures) to Cori (AutoNation), and he said that there is nothing they could do, even though this was a known issue that was present during the sale, and one that he assured me they would take care of. Now, I'm on the hook for an $800+ fix just days after I purchased the truck! As a fellow veteran, I expected more from Cori. Don't do business with these folks; they are dishonest and only care about your money.

Great dealership, very professional, and they're still

Great dealership, very professional, and they're still helping me 1 months after my purchase. Most importantly this was the only dealership that didn't try to screw me over right feom the jump out of the 6 dealers I went to. My only critique would be when my bank got involved it was a little bumpy. I will definitely be shopping with them in the future.

Buying my Chevy Colorado from Auto Nation

Working with Jeremy in buying my Chevy Colorado was a joy. He was very knowledgeable, he answered every question I had and was a true professional. Later I also sold my Audi S5 to Auto Nation through him and that was a simple, fast and a good experience. I?ll be back again when I need to purchase another vehicle, that?s for sure!
