This is my third dealership that I’ve ever gotten a car from. These people are legit. They don’t breathe down your neck as soon as you step in the lot. They’re super knowledgeable and will not try to rip you off. C Powell was the salesmen that helped me out with picking a vehicle and trading in my old one. He was great at his job but also a very friendly / personal down to earth kind of dude. I’m beyond pleased with preferred owned. Thanks guys!

I purchased a 2010 Chevy equinox in May 2017. The sales man was nice until they we're not able to get financed. I told them I was bringing car back and would go elsewhere. When I got off work they magically got a bank to approve the 24,000 deal!!! I had signed documents to get a loan approved and was bound by those. Understandable and went on with it. Anyways, I went to my bank...because the bank they financed with does not answer the phone or have a way to get ahold of them. My bank told me that I am currently $7,000 in the negative on the car. She asked if I traded a car still owing. NO....I gave them my mini van (paid off) that was still running and they we're supposed to pay me $500 for it on trade. Then today I get a call asking if I want to come see some deals. I told the gentleman that I was overcharged by $7,000 dollars and don't care for a sales pitch. He said " sorry you experienced that, have a nice day". Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

Actually did some research on car before going. They were very easy to work . They put in writing things they promise. Took care of financing , and cleaned car, filled up with gas ! Also took care of concerned we had . Was one of the best car buying experiences so far!
