A month after purchasing a used car from this place I...

A month after purchasing a used car from this place I have to take it to a shop. The mechanic soon informed me that I had major issues, I thought that was odd since the dealership tried to add nearly 1k to the price for the vehicle inspection. I went back to the dealership and they pretty much said, that sucks for you.

They are crooks I was charged a lot of money for...

They are crooks I was charged a lot of money for nothing.. was supposed to change ground wire an module an instead changed positive wire an a air bag sensor. After two weeks an a lot of money hummer in worse shape. They are not honest an very rude..do not trust any Don Bohn. I brought it to Don Bohn GMC they closed down an sent it to Ford.. without me knowing.. Zac service manger disappeared an no one had a clue to what going on waited 3 hours to speak with GM he said he doing me a favor .. all I know that I broke down an they stole my money.

I know you are aware of what happened because I waited 3 hours to speak with you the parts I was charged for had nothing to do with my problems. I have called an left message an got no response. Just want to let everyone know not to bring vehicle to any Don Bohn. I am bringing this to court.

Dealing with Bohn Ford was a great hassle free...

Dealing with Bohn Ford was a great hassle free experience. Our salesman Gil Savoie was upfront with all the pricing and information. It took two weeks to buy the vehicle due to our work schedules, but Gil never gave up on us. This is our fourth vehicle from a Bohn dealership (Ford/Toyota). We're definitely repeat customers.

Johnny Tran greeted me the moment my truck was parked,...

Johnny Tran greeted me the moment my truck was parked, asked what service my truck needed and took the truck into the shop. Then about 30 minutes later came with a list of other maintenance items that needed to done because of the mileage. I was in and out in about an hour. This what I call a very good way to keep people coming back to this dealership.

I cannot speak to the quality of the service because I...

I cannot speak to the quality of the service because I never got that far. When I called to schedule, I was told the transmission software update would take approximately 4 hours. This was actually confirmed twice, because once I had to cancel and when I made a new appointment we started from scratch. I am 100% certain the 4 hr window was confirmed, we talked about places I could sit and work while I waited etc. I brought the car in and not only did the people at the dealership insist that it would be at least "a couple of days" to do the fix, but they were rude and treated me as if I were lying or delusional.

Update: After I wrote this review and Mr. Hosni responded, I emailed him and he was able to contact the dealership directly, where Mr. Ray Landry set me up with a same-day appointment. They did the work in under 3 hours and I was very happy with the service. It still seems like communication between the main number and the dealership is flawed, but once I bypassed the scheduling center in Houston everything was very satisfactory.

We bought a used Honda vehicle today from Bohn Ford and were very pleased with the process and pricing of our vehicle. No gimmicks, no tricks, no hidden fees, price below KBB, Done in less than 2hrs. Gil was our salesman. I will definitely look there again when in the market for a used car.
