Great service experience-always prompt and thorough

Great overall experience. Becky got me in and out quickly. I liked that I could get work completed in the lobby while I waited. WiFi and desks in lobby were helpful.

Pleasant car buying experience

The salesman, Greg, was pleasant, helpful, and did not pressure us, that we felt comfortable and really wanted to buy a car from him. His sales manager, Joubin, also was very pleasant and did not pressure us, but was supportive in trying to make sure that we we satisfied. We really enjoyed this type of car-buying experience and will (and have already in the three days since purchase) recommend this dealership. Thanks Greg and Joubin!

Very helful staff

I came in for routine service for my Volt. Everyone was very helpful from the service consultants to the shuttle drivers. If someone was busy someone stepped in to help out. Great team work!

Great Experience!!

Had to bring my vehicle in to replace some seatbelt buckles. I was greeted by Douglas and Carmen in service. I explained what I needed to have done, gave them the parts and was told it should take about an hour or so. Overall the service was very prompt as always. Would definitely recommend Silverstar Chevy service.

Shock replacement

Had a leaking shock. It was easy to scheduled appointment for time and day I wanted. Dropped car off. Shock was replaced under warranty and ready for pick up in a couple hours. Great service!

Carmen in the service dept. made it easy for me to take the cars in at my time. She called me when the vehicle was ready and drop off the next car. A very pleasant lady.

Becky is the Best

Becky was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and comforting! Becky's communication skills are great! Really appreciate her help! I was able to drop off my car and get in a rental in no time! Thank you Becky!

Pleasant, quick and attentive.

From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. Service manager was so nice and they even washed my car. Only took a little over an hour and on a Saturday that was a surprise.

Serivce performed as expected for my vehicle

I was completely satisfied with the service performed on my 2017 Camaro SS convertible vehicle. On time and everything was done as requested. The technician was especially nice, commenting on how impressed he was with my vehicle.
