Unfortunately I can’t give you 5 stars. 2 stars for the good deal and the 0% financing. The service could use improvement. The salesperson Tristan was a nice person but a rookie with only a week at this job and Did not know the features on the car and could not answer our questions. I know people have to start somewhere but a little bit of a training would have been nice. We had to wait a couple of hours before a finance guy was available to help us. All those could have been overlooked. BUT They forgot to put the security code in the system and the car shut off in the middle of the street to the horrors of my daughter as she was trying to drive it the next day. My wife had to call the dealership and talk to multiple people and the people from “security “ to finally get the car started after a good hour or so, the security department confirmed that the dealership had failed to disable the security system. And when she called to talk to the salesman about it, he put her on the speaker, and she could hear other people in the background laughing. She did not appreciate being mocked. Later Robert the sales manager called and offered a tank of gas and a free car wash. I live over 40 miles away from the dealership. Do you think I would make an 85 mile round trip to get a tank of gas and a car wash?

I arrived for my 8:45 appointment at 8:35 am for a 90,000 mile service and recall replacement of the rear springs. Tanner said it would be ready by closing time at 4:30 pm. He called mid-afternoon to confirm it would be ready before closing time. My wife dropped me off at 4:15. Tanner had the paperwork and I paid by credit card, then I waited outside for another 45 minutes. Yes, my car was being “serviced” for nine hours, and I was left waiting for forty-five minutes after the promised “closing time”. Now, that’s poor service! — Larry Brown

Sorry about the very long wait that is not typical of our service. The 90K service is a large maintenance and the recall also takes quite some time but again we should have told you it will be the next day, so sorry for the wait. Norm

I came in for a recall and was very pleased. My advisor was Zachary Lenfesty and he explained the repair, began the appointment on time, and managed to have my car work completed far more quickly than I had expected. It was a very satisfactory experience.

Yuri was fantastic! He was able to get us a good price and a good deal, knew how to operate all the functions of the car (we had bad experiences with other dealerships where they didn't know what they're selling), he was patient with our requests and always upbeat but never pushing. To contrast with Joey from the finance department, who wouldn't give any greetings or smile and just tried to sell us expensive and useless products. Yuri thank you, we love the car !

Always have had good service and feel comfortable with the masks and social distancing. Appreciate the outdoor patio and the shade. Would have liked to have coffee again and water bottles. It gets hot waiting outside
