Curteous and professional employees.

Curteous and professional employees. Especially Aaron,Tricia and Fabio The waiting area was clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks. Employees had good work ethics and did not pressure the client.

Incredibly professional.

Incredibly professional. Took my concerns and my needs seriously and did not waste my time. Let's also mention that it was the last day of the month, and the last day of the fiscal quarter-needless to say there were numerous other transactions also taking place simultaneously. Within 30 minutes of my initial phone call, the vehicle I was interested in, was sitting in front, recently washed and awaiting my inspection. Throughout the entire Acquistion process, I was treated with respect and the utmost courtesy-the entire process was actually quite painless and has me actually looking forward to my next purchase. Thank you, Yuri, Jamie, and Terrence for your dedication to your craft and to your commitment to complete client satisfaction.

Michael Torres was our salesman and he listened to us and

Michael Torres was our salesman and he listened to us and facilitated our purchase of our new Subaru Forester Touring. Best salesman ever. His partner Sean from finance was easy to deal with and did not try to oversell us with extra warranties. He listened to our needs. Very happy with him as well. Both of these men are 5 star employees and set the standard for excellence in the car sales industry. They both treated us like family!

AutoNation has set the bar pretty high for any other poor

AutoNation has set the bar pretty high for any other poor dealership to reach!. I have been treated professionally and courteously by everyone I?ve had the pleasesure of dealing with,from the very pleasant receptionists to the hardworking team that does such a great job washing the cars.I would especially like to recognize your service manager Joua Cha,I have. Never encountered someone that not only is working so hard to make the service department hers,but while dealing with the learning curve,also has wonderful people skills and worked tirelessly to smooth over a hiccup from an earlier visit that was none of her doing ,however she took ownership of it made it her issue and had a very satisfied client in the end that will have nothing to say but great things about AutoNation.I hope she recieves the recognition she deserves.and last but not least ive had the pleasure of working with Phillip on the service drive.What a fine young man easy to deal with and most importantly does what he promises and I?m hoping he gets some recognition as well.Oh I can?t forget the former that delivered my car! I didn?t get his name but a more mature taller man with possibly a New England accent? He was fantastic and represented your company like all the other fine folks.I realize this is probably one of the longer reviews you?ve read ,I hope it puts a smile on everyone?s face? 5 star I wanted to give a big shout out to Brandon and the finance officer (I think its Miguel) for staying late, to make sure that I'm well taken care of. I appreciate the transparency and willingness to work with our request. I really think you have a great crew, and they deserved the recognition. And lastly to you, Jose as the sales manager, as well, for your flexibility to work with me. I appreciate the honesty and taking the time to explain things during the trade in process. I still have to make the appt for the rack installation, So I'll be visiting you guys soon. I already started talking to my peers and friends on how great your services are that it's worth the drive up. I was there the other week as a walk in hoping to get my Rack installation, but unfortunately there was no opening, which I understand, but still the parts department was very helpful on making sure that I was taken care. Please send my regards to the whole Carlsbad Autonation team. I couldn't ask for a better service. All was great, except for the extended guarantee session

All was great, except for the extended guarantee session was too high pressure. If I really had wanted to add $5,000 to the purchase price I would have bought the Limited instead of the Premium trim.
