Fantastic service!
Fantastic service! I was referred to this dealership through Costco, and from the first contact to me driving off with the new car only took 2 days. There was no haggle, no sales tactics. Just delightful and diligent people who helped me. A+ to Briana, Ali, and Jeremy! I'll be getting my next new cars with them forever!

Justin was really polite and helpful. I just have one thing with him is he didn't show me the costco membership's saving paper. I used costco membership to purchase 2 times. 2 dealers did present the papers. I just went with it because the price he gave was fair. I don't like the finance person because I didn't want to buy their extended warranty. He said "you are so brave to buy the car without extended warranty." From my experience with my first 2 cars, I bought the warranty and when I tried to use it. They declined because I didn't have service with brand dealership. Ever since then I hate the extended warranty from the dealer.

Easy repair experience - they kept me in the loop at all
Easy repair experience - they kept me in the loop at all times via text and email. They even sent me videos of the inspection, where their technician Alberto showed me exactly what was wrong with my car in close detail. The repair was pricey but ultimately I only needed the repair because I depended on cheap repairs from 3rd parties for too long. Don't be like me, take your car to an official dealer for repairs.

Charged me $595 (later reduced to $395) for unnecessary
Charged me $595 (later reduced to $395) for unnecessary vehicle inspection for lease buyback. Did not tell me there would be a charge for what I thought was a walk around inspection. It was a "Full Circle Service Report Card" instead. There was only 10,641 miles on the car at the time.
