Jonathan provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. He was straightforward, respectful, and didn’t pressure me. They had a fantastic variety of trucks at unbeatable prices. The whole experience felt easy and stress free, and there weren’t any surprise charges tacked on. Overall, I couldn't have been happier. I almost didn't go here because of some of the other reviews I read but I can tell you first hand that I did not experience anything close to what some people mentioned.

Pricing was very fair, no hidden fees or pushy upselling. Everyone was welcoming and treated me like a friend, not just another sale! I'll definitely be back again!

I would have left Zero stars if I could. The listed price is not the price unless you finance through them. The salesman told me they could not except payment from my Truist bank, only through theirs. They raised the cost of the 2018 GMC Canyon $2000.00 because they couldn't except payment????? Very rude and un-professional dealership, it's their way or the highway. The vehicle I looked at was in very good condition but I'd never buy from them or recommend them to anyone. I've never seen a dealership that wouldn't except a cash payment from a very well known and popular bank. Has to be something to HIDE??

Beware of Their Deceptive Pricing – A Complete Scam I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to be extremely cautious. They advertise prices that seem too good to be true—because they are. Once you arrive, they tack on an additional $6,000 to $10,000 in bogus fees, making the actual price far higher than what was advertised. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is not just unethical but a disgrace to the car industry. Imagine if someone did this to their own family—would they think it’s acceptable? Save yourself the frustration and go to a dealership that values honesty and transparency.

They absolutely wasted my time. I went to look at an F-150 for 21K. Listed online, it says that the pricing was for dealership financing, which was fine. I asked about fees before driving over an hour to see the car, and they told me that it was only a $1495 dealership fee. We asked about reconditioning. After prying, they said that there would be $1000 recon fee, but that it was negotiable. Only after running my credit 2-3 times, did they tell me that they couldn’t make the payment within my budget, which did not make sense at all. When they showed me the numbers, they wanted me to finance $25K for the car AFTER a $2500 down payment! They added $1700 in “non-tax fees”. When I asked what that was, he said that it was tag transfer, electronic filing fee, and other fees that are not subject to tax. When I said that didn’t make any sense, they would not show a further breakdown of the fees, started arguing with me about the value of the vehicle, and when that didn’t work, told us “Good Bye”.

I just purchase a car from these guys. From the moment I called, they had the car pulled up front. To the test drive with Jose'. Very easy person to talk to. To the credit manager, office manager, to the owner. They were all easy to work with. I have never had a more comfortable experience puchasing a car. Just bring your info with you, they even transfered a tag right then in there. I was looking at a few other dealers before going here. I'm sorry I waisted my time with the others. I would tell everyone to go here. Best experience ever!

The car wasn't even washed. The price was right, But miss leading only if you finance it with them being Carheroes. I have gone to 6 dealership and No one does this. The price advertised is cash or credit. Very unethical. The management said everyone does this in Florida. That's is not true. Douglas Mellema.
