When we first went there in January someone came over and

When we first went there in January someone came over and asked if we needed help. We told him weren't planning on buying but wanted more information on a prospective EV. He went off to supposedly grab keys and we were waiting for about 10 minutes (note, he didn't walk off to assist another customer, just left us there while we could see him chatting with coworkers) before Akira showed up and started chatting with us, started showing us some cars. We were there for a couple hours haha. I told my husband I wanted to work with Akira because I didn't want anyone else getting credit for all the time he spent and all the info he gave. Akira is a great employee, very polite and willing to intervene on our behalf. As far as the dealership goes in general, we've never had any major issues.

First, the Kia Sorrento appears to be an excellent

First, the Kia Sorrento appears to be an excellent vehicle that fits our needs. It compared favorably in terms of mileage with the two best, smaller hybrid suv’s Double-the Honda CRV and the Toyota RAV4 had better Technology features, with slightly wider and more comfortable for long road trips. Amanda, our sales person, did an excellent job in searching for, and finding a vehicle that matched our needs. She effectively and efficiently explained all the features and was very patient with our questions. She also helped us set up our phone connections before we drove the vehicle off a lot. In our first meeting at the dealership, Justin clearly explained the various aspects of Kia lease program, answered all of our questions, And quite transparent, with regard to the real costs And allocation for our trade-in vehicle. We feel very comfortable, coming back to the dealership for service and would not hesitate to Tobias another vehicle or Lisa another vehicle at this dealership.
