On February 9, we took our son to test drive/purchase his first car. Fowler Kia of Windsor had a used Chevy truck that he was interested in. Our salesman was James; he was very nice, totally professional and courteous. We were more than pleased to work with him. Upon arrival at the dealership on this snowy cold day, we met Tom ( the sales manager) who was out front shoveling snow; making sure the area was clean and accessible. The truck had been cleaned, warmed up and was sitting out front ready for us to test drive. During negotiations James and Tom went the extra mile to accommodate us. There was never any high pressure sales tactics, and we felt satisfied that every part of the buying experience was transparent and honest. The Finance Manager, Jake, was also very good and made the process flow smoothly. As part of our agreement we were able to take the truck to our mechanic for a check up; our mechanic stated the truck was in good condition, but needed some brake work. Fowler Kia even agreed to partially reimburse us for the cost of the brakes. 🙂. My son went through his first car-buying experience with good people. Overall, we were very pleased with the purchase and process at this dealership. Thank you James, Tom and Jake for all of your good work .

Greed….

Greed…. Lies lies and more lies. Service will tell you that your car needs this service “as per the KIA service schedule” just to make you think you “have” to so “warranty” stays in place. They are full of it . Read your owner’s manual before you agree to any service. They attempted to sell a transmission service and brake fluid service as per Kia service schedule…. Well…. Can you people read? Even under severe service it is not due till 80k not 37k…. Spoke to the service manager. “We go off the BG service schedule” well BG is not Kia. And not the KIA service spec. Spoke to the GM. It “appears” this is “training issue.” No this is a greed issue…

BG does not manufacture the vehicles. They are a aftermarket company that sells products called “snake oil” stop attempting to justify ripping off customers.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Was treated so poorly by not only James but also by Tom of upper management.

Purchased a 2023 Forte at this dealership while it was

Purchased a 2023 Forte at this dealership while it was still Peak Kia North. Before the 20k mile mark, both front tires developed bulges in the sidewall. The tires hadn't seen any trauma (i.e. curb checks, major potholes) as a vast majority of the miles were on the highway. The service department said the bulges (1 on front left and 2 on front right) were a result of driver error. No rim damage and no scuffing on the tire but they still refused to warranty them. The vehicle and the tires are still within the warranty window and the service advisor had the audacity to say that her manager "waived the inspection fee". To top it off, on the drive home we noticed they adjusted the air pressure in every tire to be well above manufacturer spec, and none of the tires had the same pressure. With the amount of Kia dealerships around, I recommend avoiding this one AT ALL COST. And don't buy anything that comes with Kumho tires from the factory.

The Kyra was wonderful and easy to deal with.

The Kyra was wonderful and easy to deal with. She made the process easy. Jake in finance was knowledgable and friendly. A good experience. I would definitely come back.
