After some very unfortunate circumstances my family had to file for bankruptcy, our car had been repossessed and we were struggling to make it to work. Peak Kia, Chelsea and Kerry, made it possible for my husband and myself to make sure our daughter was able to be safe and get driven in a reliable car. I don't know how I could possibly thank them enough. Very very satisfied!

in my past experience with other auto dealers, this is by far the best. Our Sales rep Tim was very knowledgeable and was interested in what worked best for us. We were greeted in a friendly manner by many. I would very much refer others to Peak Kia North and to Timothy Goeden!

Our sales rep and finance officer were wonderful. Our sales rep Chris went above and beyond. We are extremely happy. It is rare to find a dealership that puts the customer first and this dealership does just that and then some. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I wish them the best but they don't need my wish they just need to keep doing what they are doing and they will be in business for years to come.

My experience was excellent. My salesperson was named John and he answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and was not the typical pushy car salesman. I was able to get pre-approved over the phone, took my test drive and purchased the car. I was also given the car facts prior to me requesting to see that documentation. Completing the paperwork took about an hour. When speaking with the Finance Department, Trevor answered all my questions and was informative but not pushy. I would recommend both John and Trevor to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car from Peak Kia North. I would also go back to Peak Kia North when purchasing my next vehicle.

We have dealt with Kerry multiple times in the past. He's always very courteous and hands down has given us the best customer service a person could ask for. He's always willing to go out of his way to get us into the perfect vehicle for my family and I. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone other Kerry at peak Kia north!

Having bad credit can be tough having only 1300 dollars even tougher having both is a B****. I went in to Peak Kia North in Windsor with 1300 dollars in my pocket an a credit score of umm it was bad i know it and i didn't thank i would be able to get a car and that when they found out what all i had and my score they would ask me to try again later or get 3 more grand lol. But they didn't. not only were they incredibly friendly to me and my wife they were able to get me in a good car (a 2011 with les than 60 k miles ) they treated me the same as i saw them treat a hi rated customer buying a 28000 dollar car from them. Tom Karros was the person helping me and he had me and my wife laughing our xxxxx off in minutes one of the best times i have ever had not only buying a car but going in to a some what hi stress situation being as my old car quit on me on the way to work. So i was having a bad day to start. The sales staff stayed until 10 pm just for us i mean wow thank you guys for the help and just for the consideration we felt so welcome and we will be telling everyone we know looking to get a new or used car to go look there first and again thank you all so much for everything...

We were skeptical at first.. But we were treated with exceptional detail on every aspect of the car. We were explained too our understanding the finance and care packages that were available to us. Examples were understandable. We felt no pressure and I was able to do my research at the dealership. This is our 2nd purchase from KIA dealership in Windsor.
