It was a pleasure working with Chris Unal. He made time for a very small window for our initial test drive and then was willing to utilize email, texts, and phone calls to negotiate terms for me while I was at work. He knew that my son really wanted the vehicle we targeted and he worked hard to deliver a price that was suitable. Chris goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. Peak Kia should be proud to have Chris a face of their dealership. I only dealt with Chris, did not meet a manager or anyone else until I was finishing the financing, yet I have a positive view of Peak Kia North from just dealing with him!

It started as a simple service appointment for a 2002 spectra. The service department inspired me to talk to sales person Tim Goeden what a great decision. Tim listened and understand what I wanted in a car and a dealership. I now own 5 Kia all through Tim peak Kia and Tim are great and have earned my business and trust.

This is my 3rd car with Peak. They treat me like family and truly care about their customers. Kerry is one of the best sales reps you could meet and work with. He helped me get into a reliable car after going through years of constantly having trouble with cars having high mileage and constant repairs. It was a blessing that I discovered Peak KIA. I now lease a 2016 Kia Optima and previously was in a 2013. I will always lease my cars from Peak. I never thought I would lease a car until I tried it. If you plan on always having a car payment it is the way to go because you always have a new reliable car.

Where to start went to KIA to see another rep but was busy at that moment. Chris took over and WOW what a wonderful guy one of the nicest people i have ever met. So genuine, so sincere could not of dealt with a better sales person. he was charismatic he would tell me stories for me not to get bored while the approval went through really entertained me. and also did everything in his power to get me approved. I would definitely go back and will go back in a year and a half to look at new options. and if he can work his magic and number we will have another great deal... When we arrived at Peak Kia North in Windsor, our original intent was to test drive a used Kia Soul. We met Chris and he was very helpful in showing us the used Kia Souls. He explained the advantages of buying a new car over a used car and as it turned out, we came home with a white 2016 Kia Soul.

Wow. Chris Unal was fantastic to work with. Very thoughtful and a lot of fun. He knew the vehicles inside out and helped us find the right car with the options we were looking for.
