Amazing experience

These guys went through a lot to get me in this car, but never stopped trying!! Amazing group of guys!! They worked so hard for me and made me feel important. Love my new car!

Very easy, no pressure

I met with Tim Goeden , he helped me out of my clunker into a car I wouldn't have dreamed. The staff I met were all easy going but he really went out. Not once feeling pressured I felt he really listened to what I wanted and worked with what I had.

Wonderful car buying experience

Chris was extremely helpful and knowledge about the various vehicles I looked at. In a short amount of time he was able to get me into the best car for my lifestyle. Couldn't be happier with my experience at peak kia north and I will definitely return for future purchases!

Great Service

I was searching for a new car and found a Kia that I really liked at this dealership. I put in for info on a Thursday night and got a call from Tim the next morning. He promised he would make it worth my drive to see him. When I got there he showed me the vehicle that I went to look and and one other that was similar. Even though he had already completed the paperwork for the first vehicle, he was willing and ended up doing the paperwork on the 2nd vehicle because I liked it better. He was not pushy about which vehicle I choose. I got great service from all that was involved. Plus, there is a small area for the kids to play! Always helps to have something for the kids to do while the adults are doing all the paperwork on a new car for your family.

Treated us like family.

From the minute we drove on the lot Chris Unal helped my son get a car in his price range. It was an enjoyable experience. Chris took care of every need while we waited for paperwork to be completed, and his car to get ready to drive home. Chris took the time to help my son get acquainted with his new vehicle before he drove off the lot (even paired his phone for him!), so he would be safe driving on the interstate. Chelsea was also a pleasure to work with on the paperwork side, she made the process very quick and easy. We will definitely be back to purchase a vehicle at Peak Kia North!

Excellent dealership

This is our third experience with Peak Kia North and, once again, we had EXCELLENT customer service, attention to detail and very friendly personnel! We hadn't intended to purchase today but with the guidance of our salesperson, Tim, we decided to take advantage of a great opportunity to drive home a brand new 2017 Sportage. They worked with our budget and found the vehicle that met our wants and needs without the grueling hassle that we have experienced at other dealerships! Such a pleasure doing business with them. The Triple "T" team of Tim, Trevor and Tom were "terrific", along with BJ (sorry BJ :o) and Dominic in service. Can't thank them enough for another great experience and I have a great car!

Best Dealership

I have gone to many different dealerships and had horrible service and I always end up back at Peak Kia North. The entire staff is friendly and they always get me into the vehicle I want and give me a great deal! I recommend them to everyone I know!

They made it a smooth buying experience

Amazingly simple

It was the easiest purchase I have ever experienced. The staff that I dealt with were simply awesome and answered every question that I had. It made buying my JEEP one of the most enjoyable experiences ever.

It was better this time

The first time I leased my Kia Soul, the salesman treated us like unknowns - he ignored us at the dinner for new owners. Another salesman had us sit with his customers. It was very demeaning how the first salesman treated us. This time was better, the salesman, John Renshaw, was very nice. He gave me his card and said to call him if I ever had any problems. The paper work went much faster, the first time everything took about 6 hours! This time it was about 3 hours
