Chris was amazing very friendly and understanding. Chris showed us multiple vehicles in our price range. Didn't pressure us into buying the most expensive vehicle. Stayed extra late after closing to make sure we got the best deal. In addition to giving us a gift card, he made us feel at home while we were doing all the paperwork. He truly made us feel like family! Weeks after we bought our vehicle, he even remembered my birthday and make sure he called me. By far the best salesman I've ever encountered.

Tim is an amazingly personable and respectful salesman. He is the type of person where you walk in worried and walk out with not just a new car, but a new friend. Tim is a genuinely nice person who cares for people around him.

From the moment I put in an inquiry on buying a car on the website and all the way through the process of buying the car the people were friendly and not overbearing at all. They were very knowledgeable about the cars and focused more on me and what I want than what they wanted to sell me. I was looking for a sedan that I can use for my new driver position with uber and they helped me find exactly what I needed and wanted. I never felt coerced or pushed into buying the car. We live 5 hours from this dealership. I found this car via the website. Chris was willing to work up numbers on our trade in and the new car over the phone to know if it's something we wanted to travel there for. We when arrived at the dealership 4 days later, he honored the numbers her had put together. Chris was honest and trustworthy from the very start. After a significant communication issue,I believe the owner and his staff wanted to make sure that honesty was the best policy in all dealings with their customers. My wife and I have purchased many,many ( she says too many) vehicles over 53 years of marriage,and Three have been through Peak Kia North, The main question in a survey such as this is,Will the customer be a repeat customer or one and done?
