Nice guys!

Our second time with Kerry was just as good as the first. Very down to earth guy not the typical "car salesman" type. Love the new ride!

True Rio Experience!

This is our third vehicle from Peak Kia! 2012 Forte, 2015 Optima, and today 2016 Rio. Our salesman Sam was fantastic. He was very thorough going over all of the options on our new car! And of course Tom and Josh are the best! With both of them being with Kia for many years, they really know their job! All three of these guys make the car buying experience as painless as possible, and treat their customers as number ONE. Thanks again guys, and we will be telling every one what a great dealership you have over there in Windsor!

2016 Kia Sorento

I was provided great customer service from the moment I stepped into the dealership to look for an AWD SUV starting with John Renshaw the salesman and followed up by every person I encountered. It is a very friendly place to buy a vehicle. I will recommend them to everyone.

Very easy to work with and no pressure

Bought a car on a whim. Never drove a Kia before but liked the warranty, price and special holiday offer. Easiest and least stressful experience. We felt as if we got a fair price. Tim Goeden worked with us and was helpful and knowledgeable.

Best buying experience

Went in thinking that there was no one on earth who could help me through the situation I was in. Walked into Peak Kia North and right away they had team members working on a deal for me, still with no hope that anything was going to work things started to progress and they assured me that they would find some way to help me. Thanks to James, Gabe, and Tom within a total of maybe 5 hours of being there my new car was in the delivery bay waiting for me. This was truly a miracle, every single one of these guys worked extremely hard to make this deal happen.

Service Dept. VERY WRONG suggestions for repair

In August, took my KIA Sedona for oil change....when all said and done, was told that i needed a new rack and pinion, oil pan gasket replacement, and back struts replacement due to leaking issues. All in all, it would be close to if not over $2000, $1200 for the rack and pinion alone. Just had a bad feeling in my gut...Went to another KIA dealer, and was told that my valve cover gaskets were leaking, making it look like the rack and pinion and the oil pan was leaking. Replaced valve cover gaskets for less than $500 and all is well. Also, was told that my back struts are NOT leaking as I DO NOT have struts, I have shocks, and they are not leaking.....Who in the xxxx was this mechanic that said I had major issues????????? Will never go back again.....

Nice staff, easy to work with

Just bought a new Kia. Salesman was helpful and low key. Total cost of service contract not explained verbally, although listed on contract. Monthly payments explained, though. In general, a good experience and I would recommend the dealership for Kia buyers.

Terrible service

Went in to get my car serviced, after walking in I had to wait about ten minutes before anyone even made eye contact with me. After i was "helped" I was told my car would've been checked and I would have an answer to what was wrong but they completely ignored it after promising me its readiness due to my time limit.

Mis-representation.

When I test drove the Ford Ranger the key fob had one key. When I bought the truck I received the key to the camper shell, and the remote lock. The remote lock only worked for the driver door! The passenger door remained locked. I would have wanted that fixed. I asked for the truck to be detailed inside and out. When I test drove it, I rubbed a little dust and smudges from the instrument panel. When I picked it up, they were still there! No big thing. What really bugged me is when I've gotten a new car from a dealer it ALWAYS came with a FULL TANK of Gas! Not a half tank, that by the time I drove home, it had used a quarter tank getting there! Hmmm... what kind of mileage is this thing going to give me. It raised some questions. Other than these things I was satisfied. You did have some questionable practices!!!
