Joshua Westra answered all my questions and explained the financing part to me very well. I would definitely recommened this dealership to friends and family. I worked with Kerry when I bought a new Kia about 2 years ago and recently had a accident that resulted in a total loss of the car. I had Kerry's number so called him to help me find a new Kia since he had done such a great job last time. He did a wonderful job again finding what I wanted very quickly. On behalf of my elderly parents I would like to thank the staff at PEAK KIA NORTH, especially Zeke for making their trade-in and purchase as easy as possible. They had just purchased a different model of car but were not satisfied and returned the car to the "other" dealership so were a bit hesitant in buying again, but they were able to do a trial run and fell in love with the comfort and spaciousness of this car. It was more like their old car. PEAK KIA NORTH staff were very hospitable making sure that Mom and Dad had coffee, hot chocolate and even a Pepsi, bought by Zeke, out of his own pocket, for my Dad. Paperwork was a breeze. There was even an offer to deliver the car to my parents about 60 miles away. WOW, you don't find that kind of service much anymore, my hats off to you. You can bet that friends and family will be told of the service received and when it comes time for me to purchase a vehicle this will be my first stop! Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. They answerered all of our questions without ever being pushy. We test drove a car, went to a different dealership and drove a different car but went back to Peak Kia North because of the product and the service. Everyone we dealt with treated us with respect and were very forthcoming with information. We will definitely go to Peak Kia again and work with Zeke, Justin and Josh.

Great easy sale was really no hassle for me besides picking the car i wanted, was very fast at the serive, tim kept me right on track and up to date on what needs down, josh was funny and made me feel at home, he made sure that we didnt leave with out understanding every thing. and tom well he made me laugh so hard my belly hurt. great team, keep up the deals
