We thought the Zeke was very knowledgeable and efficient....

We thought the Zeke was very knowledgeable and efficient. We asked for the carfax and Zeke got it to us quickly. We felt like he really tried to help us with our requests, which were unusual. We bought a used Kia Sorento LX and added some SX options to it. Zeke listened to us about what we wanted and gave us the price on the options, which made it easy to decide to got that way. Zeke was personable and we felt comfortable dealing with him on our vehicle purchase. We were looking for either a new or used Kia Sorento. We thought the price for the used KIA was a better option for us. We were very pleased dealing with Peak Kia North and would recommend this dealership to someone if we knew they were looking for a vehicle. Shopping with this dealer was a good experience.

It was truly a joy to work with Kerry. He is knowlegable in the vehicles he is selling, price, specs' etc. He is patient and willing to dicuss all angles. People have already asked if I was treated well and I told them "Try it, you will like it".

We were very happy with Peak Kia North!!! My fiance and I have delt with a few different dealership in the Greeley area as well as some Denver one's and we will without a doubt be back to Kia for our next vehicle purchase! All the staff was AMAZING from getting us financed, to being helpful with questions and explaing everything. They were very friendly and not pushy at all about anything! I would recommend Peak Kia North to anyone looking for great people to buy a car from! Thank you!!!

Both Bennett and Tom worked with us to correct several...

Both Bennett and Tom worked with us to correct several details and supply missing items (second key fob, vehicle manual) on the 2009 Subaru Outback we bought. Tom's previous experience at a Subaru dealership was very helpful in advising us, without hype, on the specifics of that particular car. Bennett came in on his day off to complete the sale with us after we took the car overnight to get it checked out. (Our mechanic pronounced the car in "perfect" shape under the hood!) We felt we were being talked to honestly and with respect. As women, we have sometimes been talked down to in looking at cars -- this was definitely not true at Peak Kia North. Josh Westra in Finance did a great job of explaining everything thoroughly while not "pushing" extra service warranties, etc. Bennett was leaving on vacation; however, both Tom and one of the Jeffs called a day later to check on how we were liking the car and invited us to call them with any issues at all. I did, having a question about a missing accessory (part of the inner hatchback cover), and Tom offered to go himself to the Subaru dealership and pick it up wholesale for us if we decided we wanted it. However, he told us that 98% of these parts break shortly after they are bought and he would advise against replacing it. I felt we were getting advice from someone who had our best interests at heart. Altogether, a refreshing experience. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat.

I had lost all hope in being able to get into a reliable...

I had lost all hope in being able to get into a reliable car. I found my Kia online and scheduled a visit to the dealer, like I said I wasn't really expecting them to be able to help me because other dealers that I had visited, once knew my financial situation pretty much turned me away and didn't give me a second glance. However that is not what happen when I went to Peak Kia. When I met with Kerry I told him that they probably will not help me and told him my situation. He said not to worry he was going to work to get me that reliable transportation. I was treated so well. Like I had never been at any dealership. He actually cared and understood my situation. The entire team over there came together and I was in a new/used car the next day. I am so grateful for Peak Kia they have made it possible for me to succeed, to get to school, to get to work, and get my children where they need. They just don't realize what an important role they are playing in my success. Thank You So Much!!! Tessy Knight

I am so please with the kindness I recieved at Peak Kia. I nerver imagined I would be driving a 2013 vehcile. Zeke and Tom (finance Athina) went above and beyond to help me and I Say THANK YOU!!! I will be back and recommend these folks to anyone. Zeke and Tom were Great and not pushy. I am so thankful for there help.

Kerry bent over backwards to get me into a Sorento. I...

Kerry bent over backwards to get me into a Sorento. I thought I wasn't picky but turned out I was and ended up with a really great car. He explanined everything so I could understand, took time to go on several test drives and never copped an attitude. Everyone at Peak Kia North was very friendly and helpful. Make sure before you buy to check out Kerry and Peak Kia North.

After looking around at all the regional dealers, Peak Kia North had the vehicle we thought we wanted. We already had a quote for our trade from another dealer and basically was told that they were lying and would not give me that much. After they gave me a lowball quote on my trade, they made an offer of basically nothing off of the sticker price. They down talked other dealers and treated me like I was ignorant of the buying prcess. I went back to the other dealer and got what they promised as well as a large amount off of the sticker price, in addition to the rebates. They lost a sale with there negotiations. Would never go back. Mike was very knowledgeable and pleasant but it is a shame he has to work with sales managers that dont work with customers.

I hadn't bought a car in 5 years and was dreading the...

I hadn't bought a car in 5 years and was dreading the experience. I arrived at the lot though and the sales rep was extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful. The negotiation process was simple and i felt it was a fair deal for everyone. Thanks again!
