Never felt pressured. I was given information as requested and was treated with respect. Everyone with whom we came in contact was knowledgable, friendly and eager to answer our questions in a manner that made us feel comfortable. I would refer anyone to this dealership.

Bailey and Tom were extremely pleasant and professional. They made my daughter's first car buying experience very special. I look forward to working with them and Peak Kia North again in the future for my next car purchase. I would definetly recommend this dealership!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ALL MY FRIENDS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HARD TO DO, SINCE I LIVED 850 MILES FROM DEALERSHIP. WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH PEAK NORTH, AS THEY WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND LOOKED UP ANYTHING THEY DIDN'T KNOW OFF HAND. MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH PEAK KIA NORTH.

I was SOOO impressed with their customer service! Tim was so good at getting back to me about my trade in value, and any questions I may have. Everyone was SO friendly and accommodating. We were there very late on a Tuesday evening and no one seemed in a hurry to get us out of there. Tom Karros was so helpful and friendly, Nicole Brienzi did such a great job scheduling our detailing and making sure everything was perfect, Steve Marrick really helped us figure out the nav and phone, and Herold Klein in finance was so easy to work with. EVERYONE was so willing to answer any questions or help in any way, it was an amazing experience. I chose this dealership over another one because of the customer care, and Im so glad we did! They take care of their customers and make sure they are happy!

Zeke Cortez is the man to talk to if you are looking to...

Zeke Cortez is the man to talk to if you are looking to buy a car from Peak Kia North, he did everything he could to get me the deal I wanted, bent over backwards for me, as I was totally unprepared. Zeke took care of everyting rated a 5 but would have rated a 10 if the rating thing went that high. Jeff #2 was also very good to deal with he too did a lot of work above and beyond what most car dealers would give Harold Klein in finance was very good at his job too, explained all the options and costs very well and concise (Loved his dog "Duke" too) If you are in the market for a new or used car these guys are the "go to " guys. Zeke, Thank you for all your hard work you did for me on a USED car, can't imagine how good you'd be on a new car

Sales and service at this dealership is fantastic and...

Sales and service at this dealership is fantastic and unmatchable. Everyone take a bow. Noticed a oil spot on my garage floor and took car in to have it checked. 2011 Optima EX, dream car, I had the car serviced 3 or 4 weeks ago and was wondering if it might have been from the oil change and that was all it was. Some oil was on the catch pan and had dripped off. They were concerned at first but when found out the problem assured us not to worry and cleaned it all up and washed the car also. No charge. Thanks Kia North and everyone that works there, you are the reason we and everyone else keeps coming back. Bought cars since 1950 and never found a dealership of the caliber.

I gave the rating I did because I had a great experience buying our 2012 Kia Rio. Zeke Cortez made the car buying experience pleasant. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He was trustworthy, straight-forward and wasn't pushy at all. Overall, I would recommend Peak Kia North to anyone in the search of a new car. Adam and Harold were great to work with as well.

Loved this dealership. I came here after a bad experience...

Loved this dealership. I came here after a bad experience at another dealership. Tim and Tom helped me get were I needed to be payment wise and made my experience great. Loved it! Adam was super friendly and very thorough with all the warranty information and the acessories of the car. Harold was very nice and organized about my finances and made sure I knew what all the paperwork meant. I would come back and absolutely recommend this dealership.

I had the best experience buying a car from Peak Kia...

I had the best experience buying a car from Peak Kia North! Tom, Harold and Zeke made it possible for me to buy the car that I truly wanted. Everyone is so nice and very pleasant to work with. We have bought Kia's in the past but we never received the VIP treatment that we received at Peak Kia North! I highly recommend this "team" of experts and will definitley be back again!

I had the best buying experience. I requested a quote and...

I had the best buying experience. I requested a quote and in less than 30 minutes Kerry had responded. I asked him to work a quote on a new 2012 Kia Optima lease with my trade-in, that was with in my budget, and tell me what my monthly payment would be. In an hour I had received a quote and price that was well in my budget. That evening I drove up and true to his word Kerry had the lease papers and finance ready to go. There were no crazy pricing games..or the let me go talk to my finance manager...everything was set...In an hour I was driving my awesome new KIA optima out the door. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
