Zeke was very upfront about the vehicle we purchased and did not try to pressure us into buying it. He was very professional and got answers for the questions we had. He also took the time to set up our phones with the bluetooth technology, and even gave up another sale because of an appointment he made with us. We love the Kia Sorento we bought, and would definitely buy another car from Peak Kia in the future.

I basicly bought this car over the phone. I live 200 miles away. I talked to Mike most of the day on Tuesday and settled on a price, then drove down to Colorado Wednesday and purchased it. The car was exactly as described. Tom Karros was more knowledgable about the vehicle and spent about 25 minutes going over all all of the controls. Overall it was a satisfying car buying experience.

Very happy with our decision to buy 'local.' Shopped a multitude of Kia dealers and none were as fiendly or professional as Peak. They matched the deal we found at a Denver area dealer on an even better Sorento. Very comfortable dealership with huge selection. Everyone was super friendly toward our two kids. Free video games to entertain little ones and sweet massage chairs for tired adults. Shop around but make sure to make a trip to Windsor before you buy. You won't be sorry.

The salesman I dealt with was very nice and quick to respond to emails. But after I said ill take it everything changed. He actually left the desk to go play video games with the other salesman. The finance person Harold Klein was nice up in till I left then I could not get a hold of him. I emailed him and left two voicemails and even tried talking to a different finance person. Even they did not call back. This went on for a week before I finally had to drive there on my day off and confront them in person. Would not go back or ever recommend them to any friends or family. Buyers beware. On a positive note the service manager Nicole was nothing but professional and courteous.

I have provided Peak Kia with a 5/5 rating for the hands on sales approach. They have also been very tolerant of my zillion questions every other day. Zeke was amazing and got my husband and I into the car that meets our family needs!

OK, first I have to say there was a few things that brought us back starting with Kia quality and the way these folks have always treated us. I was a little worried at first when the folks we originally dealt with were gone but Peak Kia North has truly maintained their reputation as a good dealor to buy a car from! Folks, I can't say enough good about this dealor and the folks who work there. If you are in the market to buy a car this place should be your first stop -it will be your last stop! Make sure to ask for Jeff Alvarado, and Tom Karros. These folks definately treat the customer right -and get you the right deal the first time -everytime! About Kia -we have owned five of them now, and I can honestly say that they make a fine, quality vehicle! Peak Kia North continues with excellent service done right the first time every time!

By far, this was the best car buying experience for us....
By far, this was the best car buying experience for us. We were treated fairly and kindly and we left extremely satisfied with the service and professional ways they handled our lease. At first, we were not too sure about the specifications of their product, but with Bailey's expertise and help we were able to do some real comparisons of the KIA model were were interested in vs. Toyota products, etc. We had a miscommunication between us and they went above and beyond to make things right. We will definitely be recommending these folks to our friends.

Most unethical dealer I have ever worked with. Bought a car over the internet. There was some issues with car after it was delivered. They never disclosed this over the internet or on the phone. Had to spend about a $900 for the car to fix it. Would not return emails. Then I resorted to calling. Finally called me back. Harold Klein said he would talk to the sales manager. I tried emailing the sales manager about the issues with the car several times with no response. If they were so confident there was nothing wrong with the car, wouldn't you call the customer back!! Exactly so they new there was some problem So I am contacting Better Business Bureau for shady practices. They don't really care about the customer, I'm out of state they got their money!!!

Jeff & Jeff went to work and not only met all our needs, they were able to put it all together in just one try!Peak Kia FAR EXCEEDED our expectations!!
