After my car was totaled, finding a quality, fairly-priced replacement in this market was daunting. We found just what we were looking for at John Paul's. Andre Dalton and Bobby Garcia made the transaction seamless, providing us with a no-haggle price that fit our budget. The service advisor, Solomon Bunn, immediately addressed an issue with the radio, and the part was ordered. They also helped correct a few settings from the previous owner. If value and service are important to you, consider John Paul's for the purchase of your next vehicle.

My battery cable was disconnected during service and

My battery cable was disconnected during service and never secured correctly. Next morning truck did not start. I found battery cap cover under wire as if cable placed on top and cable loose. Took cap cover out and secured cable and tightened. Truck started. Other than that oversight I always have good quick service.
