AWESOME!!!
I have gone to other nissan dealership's in the past and I am by far very impressed with this one. I felt like they respected me and made me feel appreciated and not just another person whom they have never met. I felt apart of the Sutherlin Nissan family as I walked in the door. Gary greeted me with such warmth coming into the door. And Grace was exceptional! She made sure that all my needs were meet. I was already uneasy about taking my car to another dealership, I have never been and Grace made it such a pleasurable experience for me! Thank you Grace for taking great care of me!!!! I am extremely greatful.

Relaxed and no hard pressure
The process was smooth, simple and stress free. There was no hard sell pressure thats typical of car shopping.Nadeiri was very helpful as he was respectful of our budget and seemed to be on our side in the purchase. All personnel were courteous and friendly. I would recommend this dealership.

Service shenanigans
I took my Altima in to Sutherlin Nissan for a recall item, oil change and tire rotation. I waited for the service to be complete and as I was leaving noticed the car was making a noise that it was not making prior to the service I returned to Sutherland and the service guy that helped me earlier, Brooks, met me in the service bay and took a ride with me He told me that it was tire noise from the tires “feathering”. He told me to give it a few days and see if that didn’t smooth out I didn’t drive the car the next day but the day after I drove it and the noise was louder and sounded as if it were coming from the engine not the tire I called Brooks back and expressed my concern about this noise that was not happening before I brought my car in for service and asked him if they put synthetic oil in my car. My receipt said 5W 20 but did not indicate that it was synthetic He assured me they did however I had a friend who is a mechanic drive my car and listen to it and he believes they put the wrong oil in my car He believes they put non-synthetic oil in my car and that if I did not get it changed out immediately it would ruin my engine. My original service date was Monday, July 1, I called Brooks on Wednesday, July 3 and he told me to bring it back to the dealership on Monday, July 8. I am now scared to drive my car for fear of damaging the engine

Very fun experience
Weis is an awesome salesman. Very strict/smart/funny. Extremely laid back guy. Some salespeople don’t even laugh or smile during the entire process. He made it fun. Nissan guaranteed me a used car for $150/month, however, it was not a true statement. Ended up being a sales pitch to get me to buy a car. My motto is honesty and transparency. Why guarantee me a used car for $150/month and not be able to deliver.

Outstanding Service!!!!
Will Taylor is the best. He made sure my car was taken care of. Everything they needed to get completed was completed. When he couldn't be there he made sure his coworker Justin Rivera took care of me and he was awesome. Will Taylor and Justin Rivera you guys rock!!!

Lol change + transmission fluid service. Friday, June 28th
On Friday I was hesitant to have the transmission fluid service done as I have heard that once this is done, car troubles begin. My service advisor assured me that all would be ok, so, I did have transmission fluid service done on Friday. Saturday morning, my husband and I went outside and noticed that my car was leaking fluid (on the driveway). We moved the car and put cardboard under the car. When we went out this morning, more fluid on the cardboard. I went online to book appointment to get this issue checked out. First available appointment is July 8th. We are going out of town Wednesday, July 3rd, so I need to have this issue checked out ASAP. I plan to go to the dealership first thing tomorrow morning (Monday, July 1st). I need help! Thank you!
