The hidden fees on our vehicle purchase were surprising.

The hidden fees on our vehicle purchase were surprising. The vehicle was advertised as "dealer certified" at $23,900. Yet there was a $2000 add on and we actually had to pay for the certification. That and other fees were just ridiculous. Other dealers we have bought from in the area (Bergstrom and Gandrud) offered fair and upfront pricing which included everything. You advertised a price of 23,900 but with all the other stuff it was 31K out the door. This is unacceptable. We have never felt more taken advantage of at a dealership, and will not only not purchase another vehicle from you, but will recommend people go elsewhere whenever we are asked. Even the people in the office commented when we complained about the lack of transparency that "we hear this sometimes". Overall, very disappointed. Would have preferred we backed out but had put money down and promised our son the vehicle. Seemed to be dishonest and misleading.

Oil change took a hour and twenty minutes The service

Oil change took a hour and twenty minutes The service before wouldn’t do a scheduled tire rotation because lugs were seized I loosened them myself with a breaker bar Will take my vehicle elsewhere from now on

Great location.

Great location. Very nice display. My salesman and the processor were awesome!! Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly. My salesman was the best. I had a few hiccups til purchase but he stuck with and kept me informed. I will definitely be back if need be. I've already mentioned you others looking for a car. Thanks for the wonderful service!!

Professional and explained things in a way that I

Professional and explained things in a way that I understood. I am not much of a car person and they explained things clearly so I knew what was needed to be done and why. Great communication about the status of the work. Treated me with respect. Connie is friendly and treated me well. I plan to keep using them for all my service needs and when I need to purchase a truck again, will more than likely purchase from here if their sales staff are as great as their service team. Keep being awesome!

Joe Hammer, by far best salesman on earth.

Joe Hammer, by far best salesman on earth. It was well worth the 145 mile drive to purchase from Chrysler Word and Joe made it happen. If I was and when I am in the market I will be back. Great experience and GOING THE EXTRA MILE, makes this one happy customer.
