Service was very over-priced and took almost 2 hours to do a basic oil change with tire rotation. The price of oil change with filters and tire rotation was highway robbery at over $600!!

The staff is very kind. My Ram 1500 had damage to the rear which required the box panel and rear bumper to be replaced. When I got it back it looked just like it did when it was brand new. I received a free loaner to use while the work was being done. I will definitely be going here for any future repair needs!

Price for oil change and fuel filters about $100 more than last time. I have an issue I wanted looked at and was told $190 to do this that’s crazy when the free inspection would have found it. They said they did the inspection but could provide the sheet. When I questioned all this I said I guess I need to take my business elsewhere and the service advisor agreed. No customer service whatsoever so ever and no care. Very sad since I bought the vehicle when it was Chrysler world now new ownership employees could care less about keeping a customer

Got an oil change, asked for tires to be rotated. This was the 3rd oil change I have had. The oil change was completed, tires were not rotated, they did wash my car. I'm pretty sure it was 1 hr 10-15 minutes. I was told my tires were bad and they are 8 years old. I told them I was pretty disappointed as I bought my car from Gregg Young 16 months and only put on 9k miles in that time. So when I bought my truck from them my tires were 6-7 years old. I'm pretty unhappy about that. I did talk to a sales person and was offered $300 off new tires. I already talked to my local shop and ordered tires through them as I trust them.

I asked about the automatic brake system Didn't seem to get any help on this and the price was kind of high
