Take your money to a reputable dealer.

Take your money to a reputable dealer. Bought a 2021 BMW, at close they added approximately $2400 to tax, DMV fees and the normal $1200 documents fees explaining that they need to cover their marketing expenses. A week later I took it to a BMW dealer and the car had 3 bent rims and 1 cracked rim, I was told shouldn’t have passed a safety inspection. Another $2400. Transferring plates from my trade in, took 10 weeks and they gave me new plates and when I told them I got a ton of attitude. I had to go to DMV myself to correct it even though I paid them to do it. I bought the car with no financing, it’s been 6 months and they have not delivered to me the title, I call every week and have gotten many excuses and promises for returned phone calls but I hear nothing. Do yourself a favor, take your money and buy from a reputable dealer. There are many similiar reviews to mine out there.

This is a terrible dealership.

This is a terrible dealership. I found a used Chevy Equinox online that was being held at Freehold Mitsubishi. Went to look at the car, had a side detection sensor that needed service. Was told by my salesman Gino, that that would be addressed if I purchased the car. Signed the paperwork and scheduled to pick up the car on a Saturday in December. I had to wait 2 hours as the car had not been cleaned/detailed. Took possession of the car and noticed that the side detection sensor had not been repaired. My temporary tags expired January 12, 2025. I have been calling, emailing and just getting the all around run around. These people are awful. The General Manager is never in. If they put you through to a phone extension, it just rings and rings and finally disconnects. I email Jennifer Siegmann, the internet sales coordinator and get another run around. "Oh, your tags will be here today"..... Liar. That was last week. I reached out to Mitsubishi Corporate and filed a complaint again this dealership. Stay away from here...... Very poor work ethic

When you go to the dealership you have to ask to speak to

When you go to the dealership you have to ask to speak to George . You just have to tell him what you need and want and he will make it happen , he got me lease payments lower on a more expensive Mitsubishi than the one I came for .

I recently in October bought a vehicle from them he

I recently in October bought a vehicle from them he (Chris) assured me that nothing was wrong the car it took him 3 weeks to get the car to me. I took the car in to Mercedes only for them to find almost $8,000 of repairs that needs to be done I’ve reached out several times regarding the warranty & what it covers still no one has reached out to Mercedes so they can go over the warranty to see what is covered.off top of selling me a piece of xxxx car a lady there said the manager would reach out still no call to me or Mercedes! I was wondering why when we asked for an itemized list of what (Chris) said they was servicing he never emailed it I guess he thought I wasn’t go take it in before the 30 day mark. Meanwhile I’m looking into a lawyer because I refuse to pay for a broken car every month that I was lied to from the very beginning about the condition of the car !My advice is stay away from this dealership if you don’t like being swindled out of your hard earned money!!!!

I bought a 2003 Acura MDX in June 2025, I was told by

I bought a 2003 Acura MDX in June 2025, I was told by Jennifer & George the vehicle was safe, no accidents etc: The MDX was delivered and there is not enough space or time to give all details but the vehicle had been in an accident and the bumper is being held up with zip ties, the inside had quite of few issues as well but most of all the car was a mechanical mess. Bad Tires, Bad linkage, Bad Transmission leak, Radiator overheated, water pump and timing belt. @ front axels bad, 4 motor mounts, Tire Bolts reading to give way and tires fall off. and there is more. I had to make repeated attempts to get my tags and reg. To date I have not received my Title and I am now being ghosted. They charged me for the title which is in the contract???? I sent complaints to consumer affairs and NJ attorney general due to fraudulent practices. This is by far the most experience I have ever had buying a used car. STAY AWAY. Also I advised them that I would be having my 6 month old grandson in the vehicle and it needs to be sate. Jennifer said oh we don't sell unsave vehicles. SMH
