I have brought my 2019 Ascent for normal maintenance and a recall installation. Every experience, from purchase to present, has been delightful from end to end. All the staff have been superior in skill and friendliness. The case managers for shop work have always gone out of their way to keep me informed as to progress, etc. During one of the last two visits, my wife brought her car to take me shopping while the work was being done. The battery in her car died in the parking lot. When I notified the case manager that I was going to call AAA, she arranged for a jump start. In three minutes, a young man and his supervisor arrived at the car and the supervisor instructed the young man as to how to make the jump start. I am happy to have this chance to report. Other rating services did not offer this opportunity.

While Taylor was awesome helping me complete the purchase, I was disappointed in the service following by the used car manager. I purchased a used vehicle for our daughter. We drive it from the lot in lafayette- directly to west lafayette. Once we arrived, the front bumper was no longer attached at the bottom right corner. I immediately texted pics to our salesperson Taylor and she conferred with the service manager. We were told that the service manager said that it was no longer their problem once it left the lot. We have always used twin city dodge, and this was our first purchase with bob rohrman, and will likely be our last.

Simply fantastic assistance. I was stuck in the middle of a long road trip and the good people at Bob Rohrman Subaru in Lafayette took care of me. I had to make it all the way to Florida by the next morning -- so had they not done their very very best to get me in and out as quickly as possible, it would have made for a rather miserable experience. Thank you all so much!

Was there for a recall, which was done well, but I was perplexed when the dealership suggested some "dealer recommended" maintenance items totaling $1,225. I don't believe any of those are recommended by Subaru. Of course, I declined.
