Jenny Scott gets 5 stars for continuously keeping me informed but for your service department to have my vehicle 13 days before you completed the work was ridiculous. You only started working on the repairs on day 12 and completed them on day 13. The two stars is no reflection on Jenny Scott but your service repairman for their slow completion of repairs! The same thing happed over two years ago when I brought my Outback in for repairs and you kept it for about 13 days before you completed the repairs on it as well!
