Exceptional service and professionalism. They sent reminders for the appointment and were right on time. We didn’t have to wait long. The price was excellent.

To be clear, zero stars is not an option. I would not suggest this dealership to my worst enemy. I do not even know where to begin, from the lack of customer service, constant miscommunication, lack of professionalism, to the lack of competence. I just had to call into the dealership 4 times to finally get in hold with someone in the sales department. Once was told the manager was not in, another time to hear that there's a whole group of sales guys chatting and then I'm sent to a voicemail, to then the manager answering. Ironic. That is the tip of the iceberg with this dealership. Even speaking with the manager has done nothing. I began with a lease and then had to purchase the vehicle because of extra miles. If I had a choice, I would not have stuck with this location. I have countless stories of my experiences with this dealership. If you care about your sanity or want to give your business to a business that deserves it--do not go here.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Stopped in to look at some used Jeeps and everything I saw online I liked was new to them and still in shop so I was unable to test drive anything. Came in with a pre approval letter from a company they work with and we have an other vehicle through. The finance guy decided he didn't like their interest rate so he took both my husband and myself information off of that and ran our credit ( mine alone at least 11 times without our permission). That night and into the next day 11 different places. I had not even decided on a vehicle yet so not sure what they were trying to finance. Called spoke with him right away after see the credit alert. I was extremely upset after seeing this, He states well you want to buy a car don't you and I didn't like there interest rate. I DIDN'T EVEN DECIDE ON A CAR YET or if I was even buying from them. We both told him to remove the inquires and still not removed. Sent email to Gen Manager no response. So per the credit Bureau I am filing a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. So if you are looking for a vehicle at this place I would not even give them you name as there are some shady people working there and do not give to xxxxs about doing the right thing. ABSOLUTELY will NEVER advise anyone to go there. We ended up going to a different dealer and received outstanding service.

Update: So I was sent a text from this guy stating that we filled a credit application with them so they had a right to run our credit. So they had a right to run it 11 times and I am not exact on my husband but know of at least 8 times? Which we did not, in fact we had a pre approval from a lender we already have a financed vehicle through. Nor did I even so much as test drive a vehicle let alone make any decisions on even buying one from them. So FYI if you even so much as look through a window at one of their cars they are already inside running your credit around town. I guess they decided not the consumer what you are buying.

I called to review a service estimate for an already...

I called to review a service estimate for an already scheduled upcomming appointment. Service advisor Andrew should not be dealing with the public. He was extremely rude and combative over the phone to the point I canceled the appointment and went elsewhere. As a result, customer lost.

not the same service since Prime bought it

This dealership was amazing when it was Southern Maine CDJ, but now that it is Prime it's just not the same. I used to recommend them to everyone! Sadly I cannot recommend this dealership any longer
