This dealer has dealer addons for vin etchings ( what is that ) and wax job totaling over $1,000 neither of which was proven when asked for proof of services. cost to remove the white film there wax job left behind cost $185.00 to remove . I should have known when they said don't tell anyone about payments on the down payment that something was untrustworthy with this dealer. Solidified by charging debit card which was not approved for that charge when payments were being made in cash.

I would like to let you know about the great service and great working environment this company has. I saw my truck on the website and do to the unforseen issues dealing with Cov19 it took about 3 to 4 weeks before our deal went through, however they held the truck and the wife and I drove from Kansas City, Missouri to the dealership to pick up the truck and then turned around and drove back home to Kansas City Mo. Donnie Hidden had our paperwork waiting for us when we got there the truck was in the last stages of getting cleaned and after our test drive we were back on the road in about 30 mins. They are no different than any other car dealership. It is all about credit ratings. Their ad is false advertising. Here's the lie they post. " NO OR LOW DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED 100% APPROVAL WE ACCEPT ALL TRADES NO CREDIT, BAD CREDIT, COLLECTIONS, MATRICULA, CASH PAYING JOBS, PREVIOUS BANKRUPTCY, REPOSSESSION, FIRST TIME BUYERS? NO PROBLEM! WE HAVE THE BEST DEALS IN THE COUNTRY! CALL TODAY! ESTABLISH OR RE ESTABLISH YOUR CREDIT HERE."

Appointment confirms the day before with the 3 vehicle I was interested with Zero down! you are approve but need to schedule an appointment. Went to dealer no appointment found. Ask for Shawn! Haha Everyone was told the same name. They wanted money down! Talk about how much $$$$. They don't finance either! So don't waste your time. Just a few minutes haha 2 hours tic tac tic tac. No deal! 25 gift card be on time another nice Joke. ( Who wants restaurants .com )
