Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member, Patrick. My sister-in-law is a first-time buyer and he was extremely patient and helpful with the entire process. We asked certain questions twice, and he patiently provided us with the details on each occasion. He was incredibly informative and patient, never pushy at all. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

Today I had the pleasure of purchasing a used car from Carwise dealership, and I must say, the experience from start to finish was smooth and efficient. I was looking for a specific car, found it on their lot, and called up to get more info. Bill was super friendly answering all my questions on our first call. Sales, financing, and delivery all went smoothly, and I had a great experience. There was no pressure before the purchase. I could spend as much time as wanted inspecting and testing the car. At Car Wise they helped me with insurance questions. I would say, it was a very supportive part.

At Car Wise they have nice cars at good prices but are limited in used autos assortment. I was delighted to find out that Chevy Sonic was available, and they had three models from 2018 to 2020. Bill and others all provide great customer service, happy to recommend this dealership.

I was browsing the internet and stumbled upon this dealership. The prices they offer are very reasonable. I would not say that there were many cars to choose from, but I found my favorite at their car lot. Tanner assisted me during the test drive and did his best to get a special discount for me.

If you’re looking for a dealership that up charges you for services that they didn’t actually perform, then Car Wise Peoria is your dealership! We went to buy a car 3 weeks ago and asked for the buyers order. We noticed they tacked on “VIN Etching” as an extra service for $379. Our salesman told me that they couldn’t take that charge off as it was something that they had already performed so they couldn’t remove the charge. Ok, not a deal breaker. We drove almost 4 hours to buy this car and after returning home the next day noticed that there was no actual VIN etching on any of the glass. We reached out to our salesman who did apologize for the oversight and that he would have his boss call us. After 3 weeks of being bounced around to 3 different managers who then spoke to the owner, we were told that their system showed that the service was done even though we showed them photos of all of the windows and that this service was not actually done. Instead of just making it right and refunding us $379, we were told by John the sales mgr that nothing could be done. Typical shady car dealer!

I would specially thank Alex, my sales agent, who had been with me from the first call till the moment I drove out in my black Focus. The car is in good condition, drives so comfortably and is so clean! If you need a car, definitely, reach out to this team.
