The vehicle was not as represented online.

The vehicle was not as represented online. Once I arrived at the dealership they offered me significantly less for my trade in than they originally stated, with no explanation. Then on the financial paperwork they reduced the trade in value even further without telling me. When I brought it to their attention they simply stated it was a “typo” with no further explanation or apology. Then the sales manager had the audacity to tell me we were too far apart in our valuations. I did not walk away from this dealership, I ran. I highly recommend for anyone to avoid these scam artists. I bought a much better vehicle the next day from a different dealership. I paid less than what LaFontaine was asking for there vehicle and was given a much higher trade in value for my vehicle, even higher than their pre “typo” lowball value and their initial “get me into the dealership” offer.

Lafontaine Infiniti has good selections and a very nice

Lafontaine Infiniti has good selections and a very nice and capable staff. I worked with Eric Juzba, very nice man. He got me into the vehicle that I wanted with a reasonable deal.

In dealing with the General Manager Jeremy and Supervisor

In dealing with the General Manager Jeremy and Supervisor Chris you would have thought we were their best friends when deciding to finalize the deal! However, we were told that the check for our trade in couldn’t be issued before we left the dealership but were assured that it would be overnighted the next day. AFTER NEARLY FOUR WEEKS we were continuing to call them for the check. We heard all the excuses and apologies and were assured the check would be sent out! But rather take responsibility for their disorganization and miscommunication they threw “the girls in accounting” under the bus and blamed it on them. It was only after I threatened to call their corporate office to complain that they got the check out. Now imagine how they would have reacted if they were waiting for us to get them a check! I’ll be in the market for a new QX 80 next year but there is no way that I would buy a car from these guys and I recommend anyone else do the same. These guys are the proverbial “used car salesmen”!

Everything and more that would be expected in the car

Everything and more that would be expected in the car buying experience. Chiristopher Orr manager went above and beyond to secure the best rates for my financing. Megan was a new employee, and I sat back and watched as her teammates came to her aid in assisting me. 5-star, hands down, and I recommend this dealer all the way.

Marion went out of his way to answer any questions I had.

Marion went out of his way to answer any questions I had. he was patient and went the extra mile to secure us a fair value for our trade-in and put together a payment plan that fit our budget and down payment. I had a good experience and his service was exceptional.

They honestly did everything right.

They honestly did everything right. Wouldn't let me take delivery of my used car, until it was 100% passing my inspection. This really means a lot when it's my hard-earned money at the end of the day.

This dealership is one of the best.

This dealership is one of the best. They’re so welcoming. Especially E.T., he was so funny and friendly. Definitely would recommend. They don’t pressure you either! Keep up the good work!
