I continue to be glad I purchased an Infiniti- the dealership is a big part of why. The staff is courteous and helpful, and is responsive to arranging an appointment at my convenience. Work is completed on time and as promised.

We had our 2010 G37x in for minor scheduled service. We also test drove a new M37x. The experience from both the sales and service departments was very friendly and professional. My wife and I have had several new cars in the past ten years and have not returned to any of those dealerships. We are definitely considering another Infiniti from Infiniti of Ann Arbor.

I personally use this vehicle as a company car that I was given. Our company does not intend to re-lease another vehicle, due to our own reasons. Knowing there was no additional money to be made off me, Mr. Shuert and his team at Infiniti of Ann Arbor constantly treated me with respect and the utmost care. It means a great deal to me that I was treated so well each and every time I came in. You'd expect to be treated well if you were giving a dealership additional money, or there was another sale to be made off of you. The fact that I did not fall into this category speaks incredibly highly of the integrity among these employees. I would recommend Infiniti of Ann Arbor to anyone in search of a new vehicle, and I had such a great experience with Jeff Shuert in service, I would recommend it simply for service as they service all vehicles. It takes a lot to impress me, and they have done just that.

Good place to buy a car. I live in Toledo, Ohio. I went to Infinity Ann arbor to service my car at the dealer. During the waiting time I was looking at the new SUV . Ross Albright approach me if I had any question, took his time to answer all questions, him knowing that own a 21/2 year old infinity he stayed with me until I was done. I was so impressed with his knowledge and friendliness, I ended up trading my car for much nicer car.I have to say i had nothing but positive experience at this dealer. Thank you
