Great service and very quick!

I got in and out in an hour with having a jeep Rim put on my car and 7500 mile maintenance. The customer service person was great at understanding my issues. Service has always been good at this location!

Staf is friendly and very accommodating.

Very good service

Very good service on my 2012 Ford Focus hatchback. Quick appt for service recall on it. Problem corrected same day. I am very satisfied with it

Good experience, fair price. Only happier if quicker.

Went in for a standard oil change. Never been here before. Was pretty well attended to. Had a complementary caffeinated beverage. All seems fine with the vehicle. Got a complementary wash too. Took lo gr than I had expected though there was a burst of customers that came in about the time I got there so i guess to be expected. Did find out they will match competitors prices on tires.

New key made and programmed

Had to get another key made. Was in and out in about an hour. Was a bit disappointed to get charged for hazardous waste disposal when I only had a key made though. Programmed keys cost enough as it is and then to pay for hazardous waste...from making a key ?

Quality Workmanship

Brought my 2017 Lincoln MKX in for repairs after hitting a deer (or I should say, the deer hit me). The damage was over $10,000 and I was concerned that the new fender, front facia and door paint would match the rest of the vehicle. Rizza did an outstanding job and if you didn't know the car had been hit, you would never know it. Glad I pushed the insurance company to allow me to take it to the Lincoln dealer and not the local body shop that they tried to steer me toward. Thanks also to the body shop manager, Bob, for working with the insurance adjuster to meet their requirements on cost of the parts. Bob made sure I received OEM parts on my Lincoln and not some aftermarket pieces. Thanks Bob, I really appreciate it. Rich Neubauer
