Positive experience

While the deal was slightly more complicated due to factors outside the dealership's control, Al was helpful and maintained contact, keeping me in the loop while they acquired the vehicle. From there the process was easy and quick.

Leaving

I had a great experience at first until last service apt. After 3 appointment I found out diesel fuel is in my def tank. Ike come to tell me the news and that it’s not covered under warranty. Then I go back and look and was told somehow diesel got put in def tank and it’s a 2100 repair not covered. Great! Then I go talk to George and he goes to talk to mechanic. I see George walk past and I’m wonder what’s going on now. He decides to text me saying truck isn’t covered under warranty for this. Good customer service. Then I’ll tell Ike I’m not spaying for something I didn’t do and they said they can’t cause they didn’t do it. Then I told them is it possible that it happened before I got the truck? I did have 300 miles on it. Cricket! I said same thing to Jeff the regional sales guy. His response was all I can say is ford has no idea how diesel got in the tank. Well, I got stuck paying 1973.00 to get it fixed. I will no longer be coming back. I even offered to pay 1/2 cause I thought that was fair. Nope.

Great service in general, bad w details

I've stopped goin here for my oil changes and tire rotations bc at least half the time they either leave out a bolt for the shield under the engine and/or hammer on the lugnuts so tight that I have to literally stand on a lug wrench to get them loose.One time I had to put on the spare and I thought I was gonna break a stud gettin the lug off. I do enjoy talkin to Luke in sales when I come in, but won't be gtn any "works" packages from there anymore....

All issues resolved!

Brought my car in for three issues and they were all resolved in a professional and timely manner. In the past, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences with the service team but Scott handled everything great. I will continue to ask for Scott for all my service related issues. I will be purchasing a new car in the next year but was hesitant to stay with Lincoln because of past experiences after Charles left. After dealing with Scott on my last two visits my confidence in the Joe Rizza service team has been restored!

Very satisfied with sales and service
