For the past 10 years, I have leased 4 vehicles from BMW of Bpt. I really can't express how impressed I am with this dealership. I just took delivery of a custom built 335i xdrive with manual transmission and M Sport package and once again, BMW of Bpt provided another unforgettable experience with my new ultimate driving machine. David Baylis has been my client advisor for all of my vehicles and he is truly an absolute pleasure to work with......professional, courteous, knowledgable, but most of all, a passionate BMW enthusiast. Mike Liberatore, Finance Manager, was extremely personable and very conscientious/respectful of my time. Between the time I arrived to pick up my vehicle to the time I met with Glen Ramsteck, Delivery Specialist, the staff at BMW of Bpt made me feel like I was the only person in the entire place. Finally, to top off an already incredible experience, I was in awe of Glen's enthusiam and passion for his job as he walked me through the features/functions of my new car, ready for any questions, but also recognizing my enthusiam for the brand as well. There are about12 BMW dealerships in a 20 mile radius of where we live. We visited several. Hands down, Jason Gellatly outscored all his colleagues! He very patiently helped me explore the complete BMW fleet, did research to answer specific questions, and was very responsive to inquiries. I am very happy with the service and attention to detail I received during my visits at Bridgeport BMW. After listening to what I was looking for, Robert was able to show me several cars that fit my criteria. He was also very knowledgeable about the cars that I looked at. I was able to find just what I was looking for in the price range that I was willing to spend. I had been looking for a while at several different cars over the past few months and none of them compared to the BMW. Bridgeport BMW made the whole process very simple and stress free.

This was my first time which I bought a car over the Internet. Kurt Kressu sure made it easy for me. Kurt is very patient and calm even when he hears a not reasonable offer. He makes you feel that you are buying a car from your friend. He is not pushy at all and that is why I like about him most. He is professional. The other people that I meet in the dealership were nice as well. I know if I want to buy a car I will contact him even that I live 70 miles away.

I recently purchased a BMW 328i x drive and I am in love. I was nervous, confused and unsure of what type of car Ito get. Jason Merced took the time to explain everything about BMWs. As he said, "You are not buying a car, you are buying the ultimate driving machine". And boy was he right. I would recommend BMW of Bridgeport to all my family and friends. I was on the Market looking for my third BMW, as all of you already know it once you sit behind a BMW steering wheel you won’t want to drive any other vehicle. To caught the story short I made a stop at the north Ave BMW dealership, and there while walking on the lot Ernest introduced himself and that day we look but could not find anything on the range that I needed, but we kept communication running and a few weeks later Ernie and I were to able to seal the deal on a nice black on black 2008 X5. Everyone at BMW of Bridgeport were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. No surprises and was a smooth transaction. Modern facility and is located right off the highway.

I am a detail oriented person, and I imagine that I probably test the patience of most car salespeople. Our salesman at BMW of Bridgeport, Robert Batman, seriously his name, was so patient, very understanding and made the experience as effortless as possible. We currently have another BMW, and had already ascertained that BMW of Bridgeport was our preferred dealer for service. So the choice of dealer had been made, but we were lucky to find "Batman"! My car is totally awesome too!

I was looking at several different dealerships for a BMW convertible. Alex steered me to a beautiful 2009 335i. There was no pressure involved and he worked with me on what I was looking for in a certified used BMW. I was considering another car at a different dealer and he focused me onto what was important in order for me to be happy with my purchase. In the end he worked with me and helped me get what I wanted and now I am thrilled with my car. The dealership is a good place to do business and their delivery specialist Glen is very helpful too.
