Purchased a vehicle after hour of being there i had to go
Purchased a vehicle after hour of being there i had to go to work agreed to come back at 4 the next day to sign paperwork. I wait 40 min to sign after getting upset and telling them im about to cancel the deal they came out. The next day my credit was ran 12 more time after all the financial paperwork was done. There was no reason for it to be ran anymore. Definitely stay as far away as possible!!

Autonation USA Fort Myers fails to deliver on its promises, particularly regarding their warranty. If you're counting on their warranty to support your purchase decision, think again. My recent experience attempting to return a vehicle under their 250-mile, 5-day guarantee has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite repeated attempts to reach out via calls and emails, the dealership has shown complete disregard for customer concerns. This lack of responsiveness is concerning and undermines any confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction. Proceed with caution when relying on Autonation USA Fort Myers' warranty, as it may not offer the protection and support you expect.

Diego met me as I drove in and took the vehicle, a 2015 Ford Escape, for service. I had reported that the back-up camera worked intermittently within the first two days of owning it. The dealer ordered a back-up camera and the service was done efficiently. Thanks!

Great service without pressure or secrets
Bought 2 cars same day! Traveled from Tampa to Ft Myers to buy a Lexus RX450h after sales rep Rodney was very upfront about pricing including any dealer fees. While waiting for car to be detailed, told him I was going to buy another car in the near future. He showed me a MB c63s that I fell in love with. In 20 mins they gave me an offer for my wife?s wrangler and just left with 2! Could not be easier as never felt pressured. Not even tried to oversell warranties and stuff as usually happens.

Rodney is a superstar!
Rodney is a superstar! Can't say enough about him. The backup team he works with is mediocre to poor, unfortunately. Sales Manager Jonathan almost ruined the deal. When I asked whether there were two keys for the car, he assured me, with a photo, that there was. Once the car was en route to delivery he said: "Ooops, our mistake, only 1 key. The photo I sent you was an error." Not a problem as mistakes happen, I fully understand that. I don't think he deliberately misled me. The issue was his failure to FIX his mistake. I asked him to order a replacement key. He said he couldn't. I asked him to reimburse me the cost of a replacement key, he refused. Yes, the deal went thru but with bad feelings towards Jonathan and the way he handled his "mistake". Finance dude was a major slow down. Trying to arrange financing was long and laborious as Peter was with another customer for a few hours, and we waited, and waited, and waited and waited. Then once all was done, waited days to get copies of my signed loan documents. In Florida if a customer signs documents and asks for copies to be provided, the Company is required to do so. 3 days later. 3 requests later, still no copies of loan Agreement or loan documents. The purchase/sale and trade documents were provided immediately by Rodney on the day of the sale, but the Loan docs from Peter are still missing. . .Every time I ask about the missing documents, I am told, "He's working on them...." how many days does it take? I will always be a fan of Rodney, he went above and beyond; from my first on-line inquiry at 8:00 AM, to the same-day delivery 100 miles away at 8:00 PM he was stellar. As for the car itself? Magnificent.
