All was good with the Service Advisor, the technician
All was good with the Service Advisor, the technician left their greasy shoe prints on the carpet, greasy hand prints on the driver’s seat and steering wheel.

The car took 7 months to get work done parts were there
The car took 7 months to get work done parts were there for in month 3 so it took 4 months to fix the car then becaue the car sat for 7 months in the sun and was never driven or started up ford caused sun rot on my tires and the battery died they refused to replace the 3 tires they caused damage too becaue the car sat for 7 total months. I called every day for more than a month and didn’t get. Call back the sale manager said he would look into and he again neve called me back after I called him 3 times. Dealership was terrible and caused more damage to my car by it being with them then the problem they were supposed to fix which was covered by warranty.
